Recently purchased refurbished mobile
The website was really easy to use, I found what I needed straight away. When I got the refurbished mobile, it was as good as new - no complaints at all! The delivery was super fast and the phone was really well packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. Just a heads up, the phone didn't come with a charger, but that was my own fault for not checking. Actually, it's quite a good idea cause most people have spare chargers lying around anyway. I recently purchased a second-hand phone from this shop and I have to admit, the phone looked absolutely immaculate! It completely lived up to their grading system. When they say 'pristine', they really mean it, unlike some other places. However, the battery health of the iPhone 8 Plus was only at 90%, which was a bit lower than I expected for a phone rated as pristine. Apart from that, everything else was great. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase. I would definitely suggest this shop for refurbished phones.

I recently bought a Rose Gold iPhone 7 from this company, hoping for a smooth transaction and a good quality phone. However, my experience has been a nightmare. I sent in my perfect phone as described, fully reset, without a password, and unlocked. Despite giving all the needed information and proof of purchase, I got a different, damaged Silver iPhone back. The customer service has been terrible, with constant emails asking for info I had already given and no solution in sight. Now I have no phone or money, and I feel really frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend others to steer clear of this company.

I bought an iPhone X from this company recently and it's been a total nightmar. I didn't get an email confirmation for my order and when I reached out to customer service for help, I got nothing back. I tried emailing them multiple times but never heard back. And when I tried to return the dodgy phone, I couldn't get a return label or help. I'll definitely not be dealing with this company again and would strongly advise avoiding them altogether.
