Furniture purchase
I recently bought some pricey furniture online from this store. Despite the cost being high due to shipping and customs fees all the way to Europe, it wasn't too bad. The furniture showed up in perfect condition, just like I hoped, and the delivery went well with the drivers being really helpful. Pamono makes it easy to find cool and different pieces without having to search for ages. All in all, it was a good experience.

Moving home, what a nightmare!
Oh my gosh, moving house with Sky was an absolute nightmare! I've been a customer for ages, but when I moved to my new place, everything went wrong. They kept changing dates, I was stuck in their system, and at one point they said I wouldn't have internet for two weeks - how was I going to survive without my YouTube? And then, they couldn't even disconnect me from my old place, it was a disaster. The billing was a nightmare too! They were charging me for things I never even wanted. When I called them, the guy on the phone insisted my bill was correct, but there was no way! I had to speak to another department to get it sorted, and they said "Sure, we can refund you, but it's complicated, so just sign a new contract instead." The pressure was unreal! I ended up signing three contracts in six weeks, it was crazy! I definitely won't be sticking with them once my contract is over.
