Ordered flowers for a very sick friend they arrived looking chucked together and nothing like the picture no decoration leaves etc I emailed for a refund they failed to reply when they did over a week later they tried telling me that they was correct I sent all photos a proof?? Which you can clearly see then they said if I want a refund I have to return them in the full wrapping and box ( I know right!) THEN SAID THEY WON'T SEND A RETURN POSTAGE LABEL I HAVE TO COVER IT.
Word of advice they are cheap for a reason don't waste your money or time as they don't refund. Buy from a supermarket alot better quality and look so much better.Review about: Bedworld

Delivery date came and went no phone call no email.
Now unable to get any response from emails sent.
AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.oh my word.. i am not the only one to be having having issues with this company.. we are now in the 14th day .. i have been sending daily emails..still nothing no correspondence..i have tried calling just a recorded message..and now instead of speaking to them online you have to send a message..for them to ignore !! Not looking good at all ! And Not happy at all !

My husband and I were about to retire and we want to plan home improvements but because of not enough money we were not a little bit confused. My family friend who is now retired and traveling with his wife to another place told me that i should try Key retirement for the solution. After that i talked with the company and asked about the details. not just that, they told me to fill some required details and information. They really helped me and my husband to make our home better and as according to us without compromising with anything.
Have you managed to get any response from the company? I am having the same issue.
