Frozen dog food
Ordered frozen dog food and was lied to about it being shipped out, never received a shipping confirmation email, and after 3 weeks when I asked for the order to be cancelled I received confirmation and that I would get my refund in 5-10 working days. Clearly they had never shipped it as they said nothing about the order they had apparently sent. My emails were ignored after the 5-10 days and I hadn’t got my money back, I thought something didn’t seem right (also didn’t seem right when the first enquiry I sent was responded to late on a Friday night, way outside of their business hours) So I did a quick google and the amount of bad reviews was astounding, all with the exact same problems. I stumbled across a Facebook group ‘Not In The Dog House ARE In The Dog House’ with 1.1k people, all having the exact same problem. There are screen shots of emails that were word for word the exact same as mine, there’s proof of his fake positive reviews, a BBC watchdog article about his scamming and even photos of his ‘warehouse’ up on Rightmove. Turns out it’s a guy by the name of William James Wright conning people out of their money, and seems to have been doing it for a while. Luckily it doesn’t look like he will be getting away with it for much longer, as after I opened a dispute with my bank and filed a cyber fraud case with Action Fraud, I received my money back within 24 hours, as the company is already flagged for fraud. My order was relatively small and although I got my money back, I will definitely be keeping up my case to add to the hundreds of others, and I’m looking forward to the karma coming for Mr William James Wright :)

Item not received and company won't reply to messages shocking
Same here! I ordered stuff from boohoo the same day and that arrived on time! They use the same courier as well. Hermes are expecting my parcel but haven't got it yet despite ISAW IT FIRST saying it has been despatched! I have emailed but no reply yet!
I'm very disappointed.I am having the same problem..THEY bareface lie and say that it is with the courier,in my case, Hermes.. When you can check that is in fact still being processed! Those who work for this ... company must be very sad is all I can say
I also ordered on 14th September, spent £128, first order, with next day delivery, still hadn’t received my goods so between 20th- 23rd sep I’d been messaging them , emailing them, going on to their Instagram site messaging for some sort of response which took them a long time to get back to me saying they were looking into it and then no reply, their website on my order said that my Hermes was waiting for parcel! What ? For almost 2 weeks, absolute ...!!! So I continually messaged them stating I would like a refund ASAP and if I don’t I would take legal action, so I get an email saying a refund has been issued, and that I would receive a confirmation email of this, did I nelly! So my last email was send me a confirmation email or legal action is starting, so I did get that email, now I’m waiting to see if my refund will be back in my bank between 3 - 10 working days! Me, I won’t ever order from this company again, there are alarm bells ringing with this site and so many people in the same boat. What gets me is that they use celebrities to promote their business but behind the scenes people are not getting their parcels, the wrong order, are waiting for refunds , SHOCKING!!!!

Lacoste Ladies watch
Bought the above Jan 2021 wore it for the first time out last month claps came off very lucky did not loose watch. Not able to wear now. I have contacted itswatchtime on phone no answer, including email no answer. I wander if they are still in operation given all the bad reviews. Anyone purchased in the last month or so?
Same thing has happened to me. They are not replying and my order is nowhere to be seen. Despite me paying for next day delivery
