    The customer service I received at Perfume Price was top-notch, and they got my order to me in record time. The only downside was the perfume itself, which was a huge disappointment. It didn't last long at all - fading away so quickly that it's almost like it was never there. I'm not sure if they've changed the formula or if I just got a dud batch, but either way, it's not good, especially for the £75 I paid. Unfortunately, I've used quite a bit of it already (around 5%), so I can't exactly return it. It's just sitting there now, unused, while I had to go and buy a replacement from somewhere else.

    I recently bought a back support belt from Bargain Fox after looking for a good deal. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price was much lower compared to other shops offering the same product. The belt arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, sealed and brand new. However, when I checked it, I realised it was a size medium instead of the large I needed. I decided to contact the company to ask about a larger size. Their customer service was really helpful and told me they only had medium sizes available at the moment. They reassured me that if the belt didn't fit, I could send it back for a full refund.

    Recently, I had to claim for damaged doors and the company offered me a cash settlement. At first, I was promised £1538.93 without VAT, which they said was their maximum liability. But, when it came to making the payment, they refused to include the VAT, leaving me short by £307.78. I lodged a formal complaint in January 2024 and now the Ombudsman is investigating the situation. I really recommend that anyone who has been deceived by this company also makes a complaint to the Ombudsman. It might take time, but if we work together, we can make sure they are held responsible and stop them from selling useless policies in the future.

But then when I needed help, this chatbot just kept asking me the same questions over and over! And get this, the seller can just cancel the tickets they sold you and sell them for a higher price if they want!     I had a little accident while using a rental van the other day. Ended up scraping the side of the van, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, I had bought some extra coverage from another company. Got all the necessary paperwork and invoices from the rental company and sent them off to the coverage provider. Got a full refund for the repair costs and even the admin fees the rental company charged. It was all sorted within a week, which was pretty impressive. It did take a bit longer than if I had just dealt with the rental company directly, but the money I saved on the excess protection made it a good decision in the end.

    I'm really disappointed with the induction cooker I bought. It's so frustrating trying to cook anything that needs gentle heat because the temperature control goes from cold to hot in just a few seconds, over and over again. The higher the temperature I choose, the shorter the intervals of intense heat. So when I'm cooking dishes that need to simmer or cook gently for a while, they end up burnt because even a few seconds of full heat is enough to make it boil.

    Wow, you won't believe it, but I just bought the biggest mirror I have ever seen and it's absolutely gorgeous! I mean, it's honestly stunning. It fits perfectly where I wanted it, and it's massive at 203x142cm. The price was amazing too, such a bargain! It arrived really quickly, like within a week. The delivery guy, Bob or something, was really lovely and kept us informed about his arrival time. He even mentioned that I would need to help carry it down the driveway because it was so huge, but I was totally prepared for that. The only issue is that there are a few hairline fractures in the frame. It's a bit annoying that it's a bit delicate in those corners, and there are two other corners that seem like they might start cracking as well. However, it's not really bad enough for me to contact them about it.

    The furniture was alright but there were some problems with the cam screws. The colours didn't match the instructions, making it tricky to put together. And there was one odd screw that seemed a bit too big, making things even more confusing. The instructions could have been clearer, especially about the cam locks and getting them in the right place. It was difficult to tighten some of the cam locks, even with my smallest screwdriver.

    The idea of The Devout sounded good at first, and I was really keen to give their styling services a go. I was told to pack up my second one and wait for the next, but weeks went by with nothing happening. When I finally asked for an explanation, all I got were vague responses and excuses about delays. They said I'd only get a 50% refund for the box I never received because they didn't collect it on time. It was a mess of poor communication and frustration, which made me doubt the company and their so-called 'styling services'.

The website was so easy to use, making it a breeze to find all the important information about the properties. I really liked how transparent the property owners were about setting out all the requirements for renters, it made things very clear about what to expect during the stay. The only downside for me was that they required bookings to be from Saturday to Saturday, which isn't ideal for me as I try to avoid travelling on weekends because of the heavier traffic. However, the property was of such exceptional quality and the service provided was top-notch, that I decided to make an exception this time.

    My experience with the customer service team was really great. The person I spoke to, Naulak, was so helpful and attentive. He listened to what I needed and gave me all the info I needed to book my flight without any problems. Naulak genuinely wanted to help customers and you could tell from how he answered my questions with enthusiasm and empathy. He did everything he could to make sure I had a good experience and even gave me some tips to make my journey better. I felt really valued and appreciated as a customer when I talked to him.

    I must say, the cable installation service I got was absolutely top-notch. Chris and Dean really went above and beyond to install the cables in my home.     Informative course. They go a little fast, so hard to take notes, but I guess that’s fair when it’s free! You have to purchase the extras if you want to fully get something out of it, it seems.
