Flooring for house renovation
The staff at that place were really helpful and friendly when we were choosing our new flooring for the house. We managed to get everything we wanted quickly and it arrived on time, which was great. However, we were quite surprised to find out that there is a fee for returning any extra flooring we bought. They really should have mentioned that before we made the purchase! We already spent a lot of money, and now we have to pay more just to return stuff - not great. It's a good reminder to always carefully read the fine print, lesson learned!

Bulk coal order
I ordered a bunch of coal from this company and I have to admit, I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews. But, I actually had a great experience! The website clearly states that delivery might take up to 2 weeks, which I was totally okay with. They informed me of my delivery slot and even provided driver tracking so I could see where my coal was on its way to my house. The only thing I wish they could have done was to send me a confirmation email after I placed my order, just to reassure me that everything was going smoothly.

2 treadmills with one missing handrail
I bought two treadmills not long ago, and I had a problem with one of them missing a handrail. So, I got in touch with customer service through email to sort it out. Sadly, the response I received was not very helpful. Even though the handrail can actually be taken off, they insisted it couldn't and wouldn't help me at all. They accused me of being lazy and incompetent. It was really annoying and disappointing that they wouldn't fix such a simple issue for a customer who had just spent a lot of money with them.
