Review about: Big Furniture Warehouse
Single wardrobe purchase
I bought a single wardrobe from this company and honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. The wardrobe turned up all battered and bruised, like nothing I've ever seen. They snatched my payment as soon as I placed the order, but here we are two weeks later, stuck with this wrecked piece of furniture and still no sign of a refund. Their customer service is just shocking, only bothering to reply to one email a day. My husband has been bombarding them with emails every day, trying to get the wardrobe picked up and our money back, but it's just been a waste of time. They want us to take a day off work to wait around for a courier to collect the dinged up wardrobe, no specific time, leaving us out of pocket because of their mess-up. I would steer clear of this company completely - their post-sale service is basically non-existent and seriously lacking.

Boots
I was really impressed with my experience at this company. After being disappointed by a big name retailer, I thought I'd try Shuperb and I'm really pleased that I did. The boots I ordered were much cheaper than anywhere else, arrived the next day, and were in perfect condition. I wish I had chosen this company first because I can’t find any faults with them at all.

Fresh and beautiful flowers
As someone who loves flowers and has quite particular tastes, I must say I was really impressed with the bunch I got. The flowers were so fresh and colourful, and they looked even better than I expected. The way they were arranged was just perfect, and it's clear that they were top-notch quality. I couldn't be happier with them.

Lots of choices
I popped into the shop and they had loads of different sunglasses to choose from, not just one brand. I really liked how easy it was to navigate the website and find what you wanted. Plus, they had this cool VR thing to try on the sunglasses. The checkout was pretty quick as well.
