Quick and Easy Booking
The customer service was fantastic, they answered all my questions before I booked, a big shout out to George in the UK for being so helpful. Getting drop off and pick up organised at my place was easy. The staff did a great job of keeping me updated at every step. The only downside was not being told the year of the bike until I saw it in person. But the bike was in good shape, and I was happy to see they included a free top box. Overall, it was a really smooth experience that I would definitely do again. Thanks a lot!

Online order
I've had a dreadful experience with this company! I placed an order online two weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I've sent several emails asking for an update, but haven't heard back from them. Now it's the third week and when I checked online, my order status is still 'order placed' - what a joke! Three weeks and still no sight of my order. The customer service is terrible - no replies, no updates, no assistance. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Food intolerance test purchase
I was pretty shocked by the results of my food intolerance test, to be honest. It turns out I have a really high intolerance to foods that I've been eating for most of my life - nearly sixty years! The document they sent me with the results had all these disclaimers which just made it even more confusing and made me doubt how reliable the results actually are. I'd suggest anyone thinking about getting this test to really do their homework first, so they don't get any surprises that might worry them. I live in York, so I'm planning on popping over to their office to talk to someone face-to-face about these mixed messages and hopefully get some more answers.

Disney Cruise booking
I was really disappointed with my experience booking through this travel agent. I was looking forward to going on a Disney Cruise, but it didn't meet my expectations at all. After I paid in full, I realised I couldn't book any activities because the payments don't go through to Disney Cruise Line straight away. By the time I tried to book, everything was already fully booked! On top of that, the price dropped by a massive £600 for a better room right after I booked. When I requested Magic Breaks to either switch me to the new deal or upgrade my room, they refused. Disney Cruise Line mentioned they could have easily sorted it out if I had booked directly with them. I definitely won't be using this travel agent again.
