    Full tracksuit

    I bought a full tracksuit from this shop as a birthday present recently. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too big for me when it arrived. I tried to get in touch with the store through their website and even sent them a message on Facebook, but I didn't hear back after waiting a few days. I then contacted JD Sports, who are linked with the store, but still didn't get a response. Eventually, after managing to speak to someone at JD Sports over the phone, I was able to get a returns label. However, when the return reached the store, the tracksuit was no longer in stock, even though it was available a few days earlier. If they had responded to my messages quicker, I could've exchanged the tracksuit before it sold out. All in all, I'm really disappointed with the service I received.

    My order was cancelled

    I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but after waiting a week, they cancelled it, claiming it was out of stock even though it wasn't. I was gutted because I was really excited about my purchase, but by the time they sorted it out, the sale was over. The customer service was terrible, and overall, it was a really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

    Expensive brand

    The brand can be a bit pricey, but you're really just paying for the name. I would suggest shopping for clothes in the store, it's a lot more budget-friendly that way.

    Negative customer experience

    I've just had a really frustrating experience with this company. I made an order and then got bombarded with emails asking for feedback on products that hadn't even arrived yet. The emails were just all wrong, with weird images of male models and references to things that made me uncomfortable. They didn't keep me updated on where my parcel was and the delays weren't explained properly on their website.

    Jacket and top

    I made a mistake ordering a jacket and a top from this place. I waited a whole week for the delivery, but it never turned up. I emailed them and all I got was a bunch of excuses. First, they blamed their IT department, then they admitted they weren't sure if the items were even in stock or when they would be sent out. It was absolutely ridiculous! I cancelled the order straight away. Two weeks went by, and I had forgotten all about it until I got an email from Evri saying they were going to deliver the items. I quickly contacted Supply & Demand and made it very clear that I didn't want them, and I'd send them right back if Evri tried to drop them off. Thankfully, it seems they sorted it out with Evri because I never heard from them again. Supply & Demand says they deliver items in 3-5 days, but that's nonsense. They clearly don't know what they're doing, so do yourself a favour and avoid this shambles of a company!

    XL jacket, L jacket, cancelled order, delayed refund

    What a nightmare it was dealing with this company! I ordered an XL jacket but sadly it didn't fit, so I had to pay to send it back, despite their free returns policy. Lies, all lies. Decided to try again, ordered a size L - and guess what? They sent me an XL once more! Clearly their mistake, but I still had to pay postage. Then my third order got cancelled after 4 days, saying it was out of stock - even though it was in stock when I ordered. Now it's been over a week, and still waiting for a refund. They did refund the second order, but took a hefty 15 days. As for the first order? Still waiting. Don't bother with these scammers, do yourself a favour and steer clear.

    I must say, I had a truly terrible time dealing with this company. I asked for a refund and ended up waiting for over a month without hearing anything back. Their customer service is practically non-existent - I tried calling them multiple times but no one ever answers because their phone lines seem to be permanently off. It's so irritating to be completely ignored and left in the dark for weeks on end.

    Hoodie replacement

    I recently bought a hoodie from this shop, but when it arrived, I got tracksuit bottoms instead! I was really disappointed and shocked by the mistake. When I got in touch with them, they actually had the cheek to say they ordered a replacement hoodie for me, even though it wasn't in stock. And can you believe they wanted me to pay for the return postage for their error? No way! They can send a courier to pick it up from my house because I am not spending a penny on their mistake. I will definitely not be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I've had a dreadful experience with this company! I placed an order online two weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I've sent several emails asking for an update, but haven't heard back from them. Now it's the third week and when I checked online, my order status is still 'order placed' - what a joke! Three weeks and still no sight of my order. The customer service is terrible - no replies, no updates, no assistance. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

    Cancelled order after 2 weeks

    I placed an order on the 1st of December 2020 and waited patiently for over two weeks, but then I got an email saying they couldn't fulfil my order. I tried to contact them several times but heard nothing back, so I had to settle for a refund. It was really disappointing and left me feeling really let down. I later discovered that the brand is actually owned by a big sports retailer, which just made the whole thing even more annoying. I'd recommend others to avoid them.

    I can't believe how frustrating this whole situation is! I ordered these new shoes ages ago, and they promised they'd arrive in 3-5 days. Well, it's been over a week now and still no sign of them! I even tried emailing them to get some answers, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no response at all! Then, to top it off, I got a notification today saying my shoes had been delivered, but they're nowhere to be found! I've been at home all day, waiting patiently for them to arrive. And it's not the first time this has happened - they said my shoes would come yesterday too, but surprise surprise, nothing! I've had enough of this nonsense, I'm never ordering from this company again!

    Coat purchase

    I recently bought a coat online, but unfortunately it was too big. I decided to return it via Hermes tracked for an exchange, even though the website claimed there were free returns, they didn't provide a label. Hermes had trouble delivering to the address, so I reached out to Supply and Demand for help. They got back to me from JD Sports asking for information, which I quickly sent over. However, despite sending two more emails, I didn't hear anything back. The item showed as delivered, but there was no update on the exchange. Today, I got a refund through Paypal instead of the exchange I wanted, which meant I couldn't order a new coat in time for a birthday. The customer service experience was really disappointing overall.

    Pair of jeans for my son

    Being well-informed and experienced as a customer, I have to express my disappointment with this company. I bought a pair of jeans for my son and they turned out to be too small. I had to pay £5 to return them, which was a bit of a hassle. Then, when I asked for a bigger size, there was a long period of time with no communication from the company. Eventually, I was told that they don't do exchanges online and I would have to go into the store for that.
