As a customer at LifePoints, I must say I was pretty let down by the lack of survey invitations compared to other sites. The payout threshold of 5 euros is quite low, but it doesn't really make a difference when there are hardly any chances to make money. Unlike other websites, you can't look for surveys yourself, so you might end up waiting for days without getting any surveys. This waiting game can be really frustrating and discouraging for people who want to earn a bit of extra cash.
Cashback reward platform
I was really disappointed with my experience using this cashback reward platform. They just suddenly banned me from the website without giving me a proper reason, saying I hadn't followed their terms and conditions. On top of that, they've been having problems with PayPal payments, so I've been waiting ages for my money. And if you're payment is over $12.50, they'll ban you out of nowhere. I think it's really dodgy and unprofessional of them to behave like that.
Quick response time
I was really impressed with how Lifepoints handled my issue, they responded very quickly and got everything sorted out for me in less than a day. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer, which meant a lot. It's great when a company goes above and beyond to make you feel valued, and Lifepoints definitely did that.
Lots of surveys
I really enjoy this website because there are loads of interesting surveys to complete! Earning points is really simple. The only downside is that it takes a whole 5 days for them to give you your points once you've claimed them. Swagbucks is quicker, taking only up to 2 days, so that's a bit frustrating.
Survey points issue
So, ya know, I did this really long survey, yeah? Then I didn't even get my points for it, proper annoying that was. I saw it on my dashboard and then it vanished, I was like, what on earth, mate? I tried doing it again, it said I completed it, but still no points. So, I thought I'd drop them a message about it, and you won't believe it, they got back to me proper fast and sorted it out in less than 24 hours, even during a holiday weekend! Big thanks, Lifepoints, you lot are amazing!

Redeeming points issue
At first, I didn't have any issues with redeeming my points. However, once I hit a certain amount, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Now I can't cash out or donate my points. I was an active member of the Life Point site. I joined several months ago and participated in the activities of the site when I was receiving an invitation to participate. Indeed,. Then, suddenly, my membership was canceled. He tried to contact them to verify the reason, but to no avail. They do not give you a reason. Direct or real, but they give you several reasons, and you have to expect that you did one of them. This is absolutely illogical. I want to get a real answer to what happened. I hope that this complaint will be answered by them with full transparency.
