    The coat I ordered arrived without any tags and was actually too big for me, so I decided to send it back. When I checked the tracking information on the parcel being returned, it showed that Royal Mail was holding the item at Failsworth SUDO. The message stated that there had been a request not to deliver mail to the property the item was addressed to that day, and they would attempt delivery on the next working day. I followed all the return instructions and printed out the label correctly, so I am hoping that this delay does not affect my refund. It is frustrating that they are already deducting £3 from my refund to cover the return shipping costs.

    I recently bought something from this company's website and chose express delivery, thinking my package would arrive in 2 days. However, after talking to their chat bot, I found out that the 2-day countdown starts from when the item is shipped, not from when I placed my order. It would have been nice if this was made clear on the website. It feels like customers aren't given all the details about delivery times. The chat bot said it takes 3-5 days from ordering to shipping, and even longer when it's busy. I wish they told me this when I was making the purchase, so I knew that express UK delivery actually takes at least 5 days, and maybe more than 7 during busy times.

    Japan Uncovered tour experience

    My time on the Japan Uncovered tour was really good. We got to see so much of Japan, like cherry blossoms and experience its unique culture. The hotels were nice, the food was tasty but a bit different from what we're used to, and the places we went to were amazing. However, the transportation wasn't great considering the price we paid. The coaches didn't even have basics like toilets and USB charging points, which was a letdown. The tour guides were a mix - the first one struggled with language and communicating which made it hard for us to understand everything. Also, they weren't clear on how fit you needed to be for the tour, which meant some people found it tough to keep up with all the walking. Despite these problems, I still had a good time overall, but the high cost might make me check out other tour companies next time.

    My wife managed to persuade me to splash out on a snazzy winter coat from the Fire+Ice range when we were in Zermatt on the 22nd of December 2022. Unfortunately, not even two months later, the main zip (brand Ideal) on the coat packed in, leaving me unable to open or close it. I tried getting in touch with the customer service team at the brand, but after sending two emails, all I got was a robotic response. I waited weeks for progress, but when nothing happened, I decided to give them a ring. To my dismay, they told me it would take "6 to 8 weeks to get a response" because they were so busy. This level of service was definitely not what I was expecting from a fancy clothing provider.

    Stomach-ache inducing eye vitamins

    These eye vitamins really let me down. I tried them again, but they made me feel really sick in the stomach both times. I had to stop taking them completely. I can't even say if they actually work because I couldn't keep them down for long enough to see. It's a shame as I've never had any problems like this with other products I usually get from supplement shops.

    Overpriced jacket

    Don't bother spending your money on those expensive jackets that feel like they're made from really cheap material. The customer service is absolutely awful, they never respond and they're lying about sending out replacements. The tracking details they give you aren't even real and can't be trusted. There's pretty much zero communication from them. I'd definitely steer clear of this shady company at all costs!

    Late refund processing

    I purchased this really awesome jacket from here but unfortunately, it didn't fit me properly, so I had to send it back. It took such a long time for them to eventually refund me. Can you believe it? Two whole months! And you know what? They didn't even bother to apologise or send a proper email, just an automated one. What's that all about? I had to keep chasing them with emails in order to eventually receive my refund. It's as if they didn't care at all. Totally uncool, mate.
