Redemption issues
I swapped my points for an Amazon voucher ages ago, but it still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to them, but heard nothing back. I'm really annoyed and let down by the way they've dealt with this. I won't bother with them again. There are other sites that actually give you your rewards promptly!
Payment delay
I've been patiently waiting for my payment for three weeks now, even though they've admitted they owe me. It's really frustrating and just not on. I've done the surveys like they asked, so I expect to get paid on time. It's disappointing to see they're not acting urgently or taking responsibility. I hope they sort out their payment system so they don't mess customers around in the future.
