Faulty Samsung S23 Ultra
I bought a Samsung S23 Ultra a few months back, but it's already stopped turning on. I filled out a warranty claim form in May, but I haven't heard anything back from them. I've been trying to get in touch via email and phone, but I've had no luck. The lack of good customer service is really making me doubt this company's credibility.

Kitchen extractor fan
I was really disappointed with the kitchen extractor fan I bought from this company. The instructions they gave me just didn't match up with what I received, which made installing it really confusing and annoying. There wasn't much room between the fan and the filter housing, so I couldn't find the right ducting like they said in the instructions. On top of that, they didn't even include a filter with the fan, so I had to buy one separately. Honestly, I wish I had gone for a better quality brand instead of this one. I would recommend steering clear of this company altogether in the future.

Paid for subscription for streaming service.
I was so keen to watch some football, so I paid for a subscription using my account, but it just didn't work! I attempted to watch it on my Sky box, but somehow ended up with an online version that I couldn't figure out how to use. The customer service team were quite rude and just told me to ring back tomorrow, even though the match was due to start that night. They provided me with a different number to call, but all I got was a message saying they were closed until 1 o'clock, even though it was already past that time and the same message was just repeating.

Quick delivery, mystery driver
I got my oil delivery today from a mysterious driver who somehow sneaked in and out without me noticing at all! The delivery itself went smoothly, and I got everything I asked for. The driver seemed really quiet and considerate - that's why I ended up calling him the "invisible man". All in all, quite a different experience but I'm not complaining about the service. Cheers!
