Alpine sleeping bag
I ordered an Alpine sleeping bag online just before 1pm on a Friday, hoping for a smooth shopping experience. However, I was really disappointed with the lack of updates on my order - it was so frustrating. Whenever I tried to call customer service, the line was busy every time, so I couldn't get any info. It also took them ages to reply to my emails, like 2-3 days, which made me even more annoyed.
Finally, on a Thursday, after trying for ages, I got through on the phone. They told me that my order had actually been lost in the post. Luckily, they sent a replacement straight away and when it arrived, the sleeping bag was good quality.High back folding camping chair
I ordered this through Amazon on Sunday 27/3 and received it by Tuesday. Unfortunately the bottom plastic corner of the chair was broken, although it was all sealed up so rang the company. A replacement chair was promptly dispatched and received by Friday. Excellent service and understanding of my issue. A very pleasant end thank you.
