Grocery shopping experience
I popped into the store for some groceries the other day and I must say, I was really let down. The delivery was speedy, but when I got my order, it was all wrong! Loads of items were missing and they switched in stuff I didn't even ask for. I quickly sent an email to customer service to sort things out, but I'm still waiting for a response.
