    Long wait for order

    I'm really disappointed with Activewear Group. I ordered something seven weeks ago and still haven't got it. I've contacted their customer service five times and every time they've said it's on the way. But, as of April 4th, I still haven't received my order. I tried to get an update but got no response. I'm so annoyed with this company and I would recommend avoiding them. They should be called "Unactivewear" because they don't take any action and their service is rubbish.

    I bought some activewear items from this company recently and I have to say, I am really disappointed. The customer service was terrible - I contacted them multiple times about my order that I made two months ago, and all I got were vague apologies with no real answers about where my order was. I even requested a refund, but I don't think I will get my money back at this rate. My advice is to avoid this company, it's just not worth the trouble.

    Ordered hoodie in early February

    I ordered a hoodie back in early February, but I haven't received it yet. I got an email saying it was delayed due to a problem with the children's hoodies, but now it's May and it's still not here. I requested a refund, but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's really not cool.

    I really have to emphasise this - steer clear from this company! I've had an awful time dealing with Activewear Group. I went ahead and made an online order, only to discover that the items were actually out of stock and my order couldn't be fulfilled. Fair enough, these things happen sometimes. But what happened next was a total lack of communication and customer service. I asked for a refund, and up to now, I'm still waiting for it. My emails have gone unanswered, and no one picks up when I call. It's as though they've vanished off the face of the earth. This sort of negligence and disregard for customers is just not on. Avoid them at all costs!

    So yeah, I ordered some things on March 3rd but they still haven't arrived. I've tried getting in touch with them four times but no joy. And when I requested a refund, they just blanked me. It's a bit dodgy if you ask me. How can they just accept people's money and run? Not cool at all. This shady company and their dodgy customer service need to be exposed to the public.

    I've never come across such awful customer service before. I sent several emails and made phone calls about a return, but I didn't get a single response. It feels like they don't give a toss about their customers. How difficult is it to just reply to a straightforward question? Seriously, steer clear of this company if you want decent customer service. I wouldn't even give them one star.

    ATTENTION - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    ATTENTION - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent back a X Large sweatshirt, filled out the return slip they sent for a refund. It was tracked and signed for. Received no response at all. Emailed them 6 times, also sent them all the paperwork ie: invoice, postage receipt etc. Still no response, tried to ring them, no response. Even went onto the contact page on their website and still got no response. Been doing this since October. Now have escalating this matter with PayPal. This company is a sham, their customer service is non existent. I run a large organisation with 15,000 members across the South of England. My experience with Activewear, will be broadcasted to all my members.
