Activewear item
I recently bought some activewear from Activewear Group, but to be honest, it was a bit of a nightmare. I placed my order at the end of January, but by mid-February, I still hadn't received my item. I tried to contact customer service through email, but all I got back were automated messages blaming technical problems. When I asked for a refund in March, they completely ignored me. In the end, I had to go to my bank, Santander, to sort it out with a chargeback. Dealing with Activewear Group was a real hassle and totally unprofessional.
Activewear set
I'm absolutely shocked by the terrible customer service I've had from this company. A few weeks ago, I ordered an activewear set, thinking I was getting a great deal. Turns out, it's been nothing but a nightmare. They sent me the wrong size, so I returned it following all their instructions. They received it on 5th September, but it's been more than a month and I still haven't got my refund. I've sent them several emails asking about it, but all I've received are automated replies. I've had enough of this, I'm so disappointed and irritated. I won't be buying from them again, and I'll be warning all my friends and family to stay away too.
Incorrect items received
I recently bought four t-shirts from Activewear Group, but they sent me the wrong size and all in the same colour. I got in touch with customer services straight away for help, but all I got was an automated reply that didn't help at all. I then tried contacting the cancellations department, but still got no response. Even though I tried to get in touch several times, I didn't hear back and now the wrong order has turned up today. So now I have to go through the hassle of sending it all back, which is a pain. I've also contacted my bank and sent them photos of the wrong items to see if they can help sort things out.
Missing items from my order
I thought my experience couldn't get worse, but then I got an email asking for more money for stuff I never got and a refund that never came through. This company just keeps on ignoring customer complaints and holding onto people's money. I've had it up to here with them.

I recently bought some Activewear stuff from this company and I've gotta say, the service was a massive let down. The delivery got delayed by a whole week and then on the actual day it was supposed to come, the shipping company they used just went and cancelled it out of the blue! Seven plain hoodies
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with Activewear Group. It took almost two months for me to get my hands on seven plain hoodies I ordered, and when they finally arrived, only half of them were in the package. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the rest of the items were out of stock. The service I received was really poor, to put it mildly.

This company is a complete disaster. I ordered something in January and it's now May, but I still haven't got my stuff. The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. Jogging pants and sports bras
Okay, so I ordered these jogging pants and sports bras for an event, yeah? But oh my gosh, it was a total disaster! I needed them by a specific date, but they kept messing up the delivery time. I was really annoyed when they didn't cancel my order when I requested it, and then the whole refund process took forever. Not cool at all.

The activewear arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, just as I had requested. The prices were really competitive, and I was happy with the 5-day delivery time.
Late delivery, poor management
I had a dreadful experience with this company. I bought 6 items in March but didn't get them until May. I kept checking in but still no luck. And to make matters worse, I was constantly getting bombarded with marketing emails. It's clear there's chaos in the management. If they don't sort themselves out soon, I reckon this company won't last long.
2 tops
This company is an absolute joke! I placed an order with them two months ago and I'm still waiting for my items to arrive. I've sent loads of emails asking about my order, but I've had mixed responses - some were acknowledged, some were ignored. Every time I contact them, they say my tops are being resent and rushed, but I still haven't received them. It's obvious this company doesn't have good customer service skills and can't deliver orders on time. Really frustrating experience.
Long wait for order
I'm really disappointed with Activewear Group. I ordered something seven weeks ago and still haven't got it. I've contacted their customer service five times and every time they've said it's on the way. But, as of April 4th, I still haven't received my order. I tried to get an update but got no response. I'm so annoyed with this company and I would recommend avoiding them. They should be called "Unactivewear" because they don't take any action and their service is rubbish.

I ordered a hoodie back in early February, but I haven't received it yet. I got an email saying it was delayed due to a problem with the children's hoodies, but now it's May and it's still not here. I requested a refund, but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's really not cool.

I really have to emphasise this - steer clear from this company! I've had an awful time dealing with Activewear Group. I went ahead and made an online order, only to discover that the items were actually out of stock and my order couldn't be fulfilled. Fair enough, these things happen sometimes. But what happened next was a total lack of communication and customer service. I asked for a refund, and up to now, I'm still waiting for it. My emails have gone unanswered, and no one picks up when I call. It's as though they've vanished off the face of the earth. This sort of negligence and disregard for customers is just not on. Avoid them at all costs!
Order delayed, no refund
So yeah, I ordered some things on March 3rd but they still haven't arrived. I've tried getting in touch with them four times but no joy. And when I requested a refund, they just blanked me. It's a bit dodgy if you ask me. How can they just accept people's money and run? Not cool at all. This shady company and their dodgy customer service need to be exposed to the public.
Two Polo Shirts
At first, I was a bit unsure about buying because of a few bad reviews I read. But I took the plunge and got myself two polo shirts. To my delight, they arrived in one piece and on time as promised. The service was quick, and I was happy with how swift my order got to me. All in all, I'd say I had a good experience with my purchase.

It feels like they don't give a toss about their customers. How difficult is it to just reply to a straightforward question? Seriously, steer clear of this company if you want decent customer service. I wouldn't even give them one star.

STAY AWAY AWFUL COMPANY. My order was 2 weeks late, I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my emails and now evri has my parcel that I don't want and I might have to pay for the return. AWFULLY CRAP.
