    I have been involving in active exercises to stay fit and healthy. At some point, I realized I was being selfish by not carrying my family along. My wife was already adding too much weight and there was need for her to cut down fat. My son also love sportive activities. Literally, it means everyone can join could join me in the fitness exercise. So I needed to make provision for kits for them. Activewear Group now played the role of a supplier, supplying various sportswear to each of us and we were ever good to go. The wears were strong, durable and comfortable to wear. Years on now, we are still using same. Activewear Group has become a family brand and I don't have fears to recommend them to others.

    I had a really good experience with the Activewear Group. I ordered some activewear and at first, I was a bit worried because I didn't get a confirmation email. I decided to drop them an email, and they reassured me that my stuff was on its way. I then checked my junk mail and saw the confirmation. The activewear arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, just as I had requested. The prices were really competitive, and I was happy with the 5-day delivery time.

    At first, I was a bit unsure about buying because of a few bad reviews I read. But I took the plunge and got myself two polo shirts.     I recently bought some activewear from Activewear Group, but to be honest, it was a bit of a nightmare. I placed my order at the end of January, but by mid-February, I still hadn't received my item. I tried to contact customer service through email, but all I got back were automated messages blaming technical problems. When I asked for a refund in March, they completely ignored me. In the end, I had to go to my bank, Santander, to sort it out with a chargeback. Dealing with Activewear Group was a real hassle and totally unprofessional.

    Activewear set

    I'm absolutely shocked by the terrible customer service I've had from this company. A few weeks ago, I ordered an activewear set, thinking I was getting a great deal. Turns out, it's been nothing but a nightmare. They sent me the wrong size, so I returned it following all their instructions. They received it on 5th September, but it's been more than a month and I still haven't got my refund. I've sent them several emails asking about it, but all I've received are automated replies. I've had enough of this, I'm so disappointed and irritated. I won't be buying from them again, and I'll be warning all my friends and family to stay away too.

    Incorrect items received

    I recently bought four t-shirts from Activewear Group, but they sent me the wrong size and all in the same colour. I got in touch with customer services straight away for help, but all I got was an automated reply that didn't help at all. I then tried contacting the cancellations department, but still got no response. Even though I tried to get in touch several times, I didn't hear back and now the wrong order has turned up today. So now I have to go through the hassle of sending it all back, which is a pain. I've also contacted my bank and sent them photos of the wrong items to see if they can help sort things out.

    I thought my experience couldn't get worse, but then I got an email asking for more money for stuff I never got and a refund that never came through. This company just keeps on ignoring customer complaints and holding onto people's money. I've had it up to here with them.

    I recently bought some Activewear stuff from this company and I've gotta say, the service was a massive let down. The delivery got delayed by a whole week and then on the actual day it was supposed to come, the shipping company they used just went and cancelled it out of the blue! It was a real pain because I needed those things for an event. I tried getting in touch with them through email and their website, but no luck. It's so annoying that there isn't even a phone number to call for customer service, and when I eventually found one online, all I got was some boring answering machine. I'll definitely be giving this company a miss in the future and I won't hold back in telling others about my bad experience.

    Seven plain hoodies

    I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with Activewear Group. It took almost two months for me to get my hands on seven plain hoodies I ordered, and when they finally arrived, only half of them were in the package. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the rest of the items were out of stock. The service I received was really poor, to put it mildly.

    I recently bought something from Activewear Group, but I got the wrong items. I tried contacting them several times by email and also left a message on their voicemail, but they didn't get back to me. I had to return the wrong items myself, which cost me money. And when I finally got my refund, they took out the postage cost too. All in all, dealing with Activewear Group was a letdown and really annoying. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

    Delayed order

    This company is a complete disaster. I ordered something in January and it's now May, but I still haven't got my stuff. The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. They took my money straight away, but they can't seem to deliver what I paid for. I've tried contacting them several times through emails and messages, but haven't heard anything back at all. Dealing with their incompetence is so frustrating and disappointing. I really wouldn't recommend ordering from them. They're not trustworthy and it looks like all they care about is taking people's money without giving them what they promised.

    Jogging pants and sports bras

    Okay, so I ordered these jogging pants and sports bras for an event, yeah? But oh my gosh, it was a total disaster! I needed them by a specific date, but they kept messing up the delivery time. I was really annoyed when they didn't cancel my order when I requested it, and then the whole refund process took forever. Not cool at all.

    I had a dreadful experience with this company. I bought 6 items in March but didn't get them until May. I kept checking in but still no luck. And to make matters worse, I was constantly getting bombarded with marketing emails. It's clear there's chaos in the management. If they don't sort themselves out soon, I reckon this company won't last long.

    This company is an absolute joke! I placed an order with them two months ago and I'm still waiting for my items to arrive. I've sent loads of emails asking about my order, but I've had mixed responses - some were acknowledged, some were ignored. Every time I contact them, they say my tops are being resent and rushed, but I still haven't received them. It's obvious this company doesn't have good customer service skills and can't deliver orders on time. Really frustrating experience.
