    Odd but handy tablet

    screen lower res, cameras basic and battery seemed weaker. Still, it sits nicely in the hand, runs simple apps alright and is fine for Netflix and web browsing. CS were slow to answer but after a bit they offered a partial refund. A hassle, but usable and worth considering if you don’t need top specs.

    messy process, but I eventually got my money back — which surprised me. I first saw the item on a mate’s recommendation, so I ordered it thinking fine, why not. When it turned up the box was rubbish — barely any packing, the thing was scratched. I complained and, honestly, they did everything possible to avoid a refund; lots of back-and-forth emails, promises that didn’t land, you know the sort of faff. After dragging PayPal into it they finally agreed to refund, though they wouldn’t pay return postage to a Hong Kong flat (which looked a bit suspect). Return would’ve cost about £40 so I refused to ship it back. In the end the refund popped into my account after several days and a small apology — not brilliant, but acceptable. Still, fix your packing and customer service, please.

    Printer hassle, flat service

    Honestly, I'd avoid the hassle — the product turned up faulty and the whole aftercare was more trouble than it's worth. I first spotted the deal on a tech bargains forum after a mate tipped me off, so I thought why not, but within a week it started misbehaving. When it worked it did an okay job, but it kept dying mid-print. I emailed and chased, they replied slowly and suggested stuff that never helped. At one point they asked me to strip down half the printer to find a dodgy part — as if I'm an engineer, yeah right. They sent replacement parts twice but no luck, so now I'm only happy with a full replacement. It's not all doom; when running it produced decent results, so the hardware isn't entirely useless. Still, the customer service felt casual and dismissive and I ended up wasting time. If you're into tinkering go for it, otherwise I'd look elsewhere. Delivery wasn't brilliant either, which annoyed me more. I warned the mate who told me about it.

Delivery was actually fine, quick and well packed, so that was a relief. Customer service was slow and annoying at first — dozens of emails and they kept asking for photos I’d already sent — but after pushing they offered a proper solution (refund or replacement) and we got it resolved. I’d say keep screenshots and be persistent; it worked for me, though I wish they’d been quicker.

    Worth the stress? Not close

    cameras dead, winch useless and the whole thing barely moved as it should. I tried to treat it like a normal faulty product case but it turned into months of back-and-forth. Customer service were politely curt at first, then dismissive; they kept offering tiny partial refunds (a few dozen euros here and there) to keep the item. I said no, because it was unusable for what I needed — family trips and testing with mates — and I wanted a proper refund. They told me to return it but refused to pay return postage. So I ended up paying over €115 to post it back to an address PayPal gave me. Then the parcel ran into trouble and was sent back to me, so I had to cough up another small fee just to get the thing back home. All the while Cafago sent a late “tutorial” video that wouldn’t have fixed the fundamental faults even if it had arrived earlier. I eventually opened a PayPal dispute, explained everything multiple times, and PayPal ruled in my favour, refunding the full amount. That helped, yes, but it doesn’t bring back the hours wasted, the frustration, or the stress of dealing with shipping issues. If you rely on quick, straightforward exchanges and decent delivery support, this was the opposite. I’m annoyed and a bit drained — not how weekend hobby gear should go, really.

    Defective product purchase

    My experience with CAFAGO has been really disappointing. I bought a product from them over two months ago, only to find out it was faulty. I've been trying to talk to their customer service team but haven't got a proper solution yet. They took ages to reply, and the solutions they suggested didn't work. They even asked me to take apart the product to find the fault, which I think is unfair for a customer. They sent me replacement parts twice, but they didn't fix the problem. Now I'm just hoping they'll replace the whole device.

    I bought a smartwatch from this company recently, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. They told me it would arrive in 3-5 days which was great because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. But they actually shipped it 5 days late, so it didn't arrive until after Christmas. It took ages to sort it out, with loads of back and forth emails, and I only got my refund over a month later. The communication was so bad, and the whole thing was just really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

    I wanted to give some feedback about a recent purchase I made from your online store - a soymilk machine. I was a bit disappointed because the description didn't mention the size of the machine, and when it arrived, I realised it only makes small portions of 2-3 deciliters. Another thing that let me down was the manual. It was not very helpful as it didn't clearly explain the functions or provide any troubleshooting tips.     Redmi TV speaker

    I got a Redmi TV speaker from Cafago and I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived without any issues. It only took three days from when I ordered it, which was fantastic. But, when I opened up the package, I noticed that it didn't come with a European plug. That was a bit of a letdown because then I had to go out and buy an adapter just to use it. Besides that, the speaker's quality is alright considering the price I paid. All in all, I'd suggest checking out Cafago.com for their speedy delivery and decent products.

    TV box and indoor thermometer

    To be honest, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order for a TV box and an indoor thermometer, and even though I got a message saying they were sent out more than two months ago, I haven't actually got anything yet. What's worse is that when I tried to get in touch with them by email, I didn't get any reply at all. It's so annoying to feel like I've been cheated and overlooked by a company that I had faith in.     Broken product, poor customer service
