Fine until something goes wrong
The moment they offered only half back for a lost parcel, I knew I’d had enough. Ordering was easy, but support felt unhelpful. I’d be cautious, honestly.
Pleasant surprise
I'm pleasantly surprised — it did the job. I stumbled on the site a few weeks ago when I needed bits for the house, ordered away and it arrived quicker than expected. Prices are fairer than other places, lots of choice, so I'll be back to grab the offers, glad it worked out.
Good kit, one gripe
Overall I'm quite happy with the kit, but it's not perfect. I bought the oscilloscope for DIY repairs and to monitor two signals at once, so getting only one probe was a nuisance — had to go out and find another. Delivery was quick (four days), build and price seem fair, just a bit of a faff.
Not worth the hassle

Halfway setup surprise

Misleading specs, decent delivery
The tablet did arrive on time and the packaging was fine, so delivery gets a tick. Beyond that, it's disappointing. It was sold as Android 13 and 6GB+128GB but boots Android 7 with an old kernel and security patch from years ago. RAM seems limited, fills up and the tablet freezes after loading several large files. I raised it with customer support and had to chase replies; they were slow and not really helpful. I've had better service elsewhere, sadly.

Dodgy speaker, awkward saga
I first saw this Bluetooth speaker on a mate's shelf and ordered one online. I had even told my sister about it. Odd but handy tablet
screen lower res, cameras basic and battery seemed weaker. Still, it sits nicely in the hand, runs simple apps alright and is fine for Netflix and web browsing. CS were slow to answer but after a bit they offered a partial refund. A hassle, but usable and worth considering if you don’t need top specs.
