My time at Choice Store was really disappointing. The customer service was awful - they took ages to reply to my questions, and when they eventually did, their answers were not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't care about making the shopping experience good for their customers. The return policy was also not great, as I had to pay for return postage on expensive designer items. This is not right, especially when cheaper websites don't have this policy. It felt like they were just interested in making money rather than making their customers happy.
