I've bought things from this company lots of times and they always deliver my orders on time. When I send stuff back for a refund, they do it like they said they would but it can take a while. The customer service is there to help but it can take them a while to get back to you too.
Recent Tory Burch purchase
My latest buy of a Tory Burch bag from Farfetch was a pretty good experience overall. I've shopped with Farfetch before and always been happy with what I've got. But this time, the bag didn't come with a dust bag, which it usually does. It was a bit annoying as the bag is light-coloured, so I had to use a dust bag from another bag. Despite that little hiccup, I think Farfetch has a great range of stuff and shopping is easy. Deliveries are quick too, usually turning up in 3-4 days, and the quality of what I've bought has always been good.
Delivery issue resolution
I had a bit of trouble with getting my package delivered as it ended up being sent back to the sender. Luckily, Luca from customer service was a star and helped me out a lot. He was really friendly, patient, and super quick at sorting everything out. He assured me that I'd be getting a refund, which put my mind at ease.
Special item purchase
Thank you so much to the folks at Farfetch for giving me such a great shopping experience, especially when it comes to finding those one-of-a-kind items that are hard to come by. Whenever I order online, I always have good vibes because everything turns out just right - from the amazing quality of the products to the effort they put into packaging and delivering on time. The customer service they offer is top-notch too, it really does make me feel like a valued customer. So, shoutout to the Farfetch team for always going above and beyond with their service!
Card payment issue, refund, successful reorder
I had a little problem with my card payment on Farfetch, where the Merchant accidentally blocked my funds. However, I have to say the customer service team dealt with my issue really well through email. They sorted out the refund quickly, within a week, and I could place another order without any trouble. The item I got was packed nicely and arrived in perfect condition, showing they take good care in packaging and shipping. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent customer service, and I am very happy with my shopping on Farfetch.
Clothing item
I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking of buying from this online shop as my own experience wasn't great. The item I got was nothing like how it was described and seemed really low quality. Even when I tried to get help from customer service about it, they were not very helpful and wouldn't give me a refund or let me swap the faulty item. From what I've been through and what others have said, I would say it's probably better to buy straight from the brand to avoid any problems with Farfetch.
Amazing experience
I recently bought something from this online shop and I have to say, it was absolutely brilliant. They had a great range of items and the prices were really good. Ordering was a breeze, and the customer service was excellent. My order arrived promptly and was packaged really nicely. All in all, I'm very happy with my shopping experience here.
