paid and hoped. Next time I'll think twice and maybe use a different payment method or check the seller more thoroughly. I plan to pursue it legally when I can, but others should be warned — don't assume customer service will fix this for you.
Nearly lost a Coach — then sorted
they’d tracked it down (long story) and offered a full refund plus a voucher, and actually apologised. That’s the moment I breathed out and thought, okay, fair play. I’ve since replaced it and use a similar style every day for work and weekends — it’s practical, holds my laptop and random receipts, and I’m using it loads. Not perfect, took effort, but in the end they made it right and I felt properly relieved.
Not quite right
ten emails, a bunch of calls, and their reply was basically ‘we’ve refunded you’ and they sent the item back to the seller. No clear explanation of how they verify sellers, no real proof they investigated. It’s usable if you just want the look and feel, but for authenticity and peace of mind it’s shaky. Still, the refund was fine, delivery was quick — just wish they’d be more transparent. I’ll use them again? Probably, but with caution.
Kitchen epiphany about a dress
'dirty in the lower back and pulled threads'. I was gobsmacked; I'd only tried it on over my head. I emailed, I messaged, and at first the replies were the kind you get from a script—polite but unhelpful—and I was ready to write them off. Then the turning point came (the lovely bit): a manager actually called. Real person, real apology, and more importantly, they listened. She explained how they'd re-inspected the item, accepted the return and processed a full refund, plus offered a small voucher as a conciliatory gesture. That phone call — right there — is when I knew it would be alright. I felt oddly relieved, a bit thankful that they took it seriously in the end. It wasn't perfect, delivery and initial handling could be better, but the resolution made me happy enough to try them again, cautiously. Funny little victory.
Finally found it — then it all went wrong
I was in one of those silly moods where I decided to treat myself, and after ages of looking I actually spotted the exact brown Salvatore Ferragamo belt I’d been after on Farfetch. Proper relieved, you know? That moment when you think, yes, this is the one — I felt pleased and a bit smug. I ordered it straight away, paid up, and thought job done. Two weeks later I got a message saying it was at the collection point, so I darted over, grabbed the parcel and it looked fine on the outside. Felt good opening it — for a minute — then the box inside, a little red one, and… no belt. Blank. Just space. I rang and emailed them straight away. Their reply, a few days later, was basically “on our end everything was fine, we sent it” — which didn’t help me at all. So, no belt, no refund, and a lot of wasted time. I’m still glad I treated myself — the idea of the belt made me happy for a bit — but the whole purchase experience has left a bad taste. If you’re thinking of buying from them, maybe be careful, double-check everything, and maybe don’t rely on their customer service to sort things out.
Too picky about the box
Odd to be irritated by a shoebox, but here we are. I've bought a fair bit from this retailer and generally it's fine. I ordered two pairs in mid-January and both arrived quickly. One pair fit well and I kept them. The other was too tight, so I tried them on at home. I didn’t take the whole box out of the parcel — I lifted the lid and slipped my feet in, which is how I usually check fit. They were clearly not right, so I repacked them carefully into the original box, put that back in the outer box and posted them straight away.
Patchy delivery, decent product in the end
product okay, but don’t expect smooth handling if anything goes wrong. Small improvement suggestions would be clearer case updates and actually reading the evidence customers send. I’d use them again if I had to, but I’d keep receipts and screenshots ready.
Trainers
Awful experience and customer service. They do not believe the customer and have zero customer service skills. They sell their goods via boutiques who seem to have the final say on everything. They accused me of returning trainers that were worn. When I disputed this they were rude and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
High-quality sneakers
I was really impressed with the service, but I think it would be better if they included taxes and duties in the pricing. It would also be great if they offered free delivery to compete with other international sellers.
Signature required FedEx delivery inconvenience
I had a bit of bother with my recent order from Farfetch as they insisted on a FedEx signature upon delivery, which was a bit frustrating. I'm a loyal platinum status member and I was disappointed I couldn't choose whether I wanted this service or not. Each package arrived on different days, meaning I had to change my plans to be at home to sign for them. This inconvenience has made me think twice about ordering from Farfetch in the future.

Bought shoes, had to return and get a smaller size
Wow, my time at Farfetch was brilliant! I bought these amazing shoes, but they ended up being too big for me. So, I sent them back and exchanged them for a smaller size. I got my refund really quickly, it was super easy. The only downside was that the delivery charges were a bit pricey and I didn't get a refund on those. But hey, the delivery was really speedy so I suppose it's not too bad. Now, I'm strutting around town in my new shoes, they fit perfectly!
Shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from Farfetch and I have to say I'm really happy with how it all went. The size was spot on and everything went smoothly and quickly. Even though they're based in Qatar, I got my order in just 4 days. Big thanks to Farfetch for such a great shopping experience!
Fast, efficient, long-term customer
I've been a loyal customer of Farfetch for a good while now, and I have to say, their service is always quick and reliable. I've been shopping there for over three years, and I've never had any issues with any of my orders. Their website is really easy to use, which makes it simple to browse through all the different products and make a purchase. Plus, the customer service team is always on the ball and super helpful whenever I've had any questions or problems. Graduation gift
The range of choices on the website is really great, and the option to pay in installments is a big bonus, especially at this time of year when finding the ideal gift is essential. I really like how easy it is to use the website and the variety of items available. However, I do feel that the packaging could be more elegant and luxurious to complement the high-quality products being bought. At the moment, it seems a little plain and I think it could be upgraded to make the unwrapping experience even better for customers.
Awesome clothes
I absolutely adore this shop! I always come here to buy my clothes and it's just fantastic every time. They have such great stuff and the prices are so good. Ordering and receiving my items is a breeze as well. My last order arrived really quickly too! I'm really looking forward to purchasing more soon!
Tory Burch Perry Tote Bag
I bagged a super cool deal on this bag for just 350€, down from 495€ - what a bargain! It arrived beautifully packed and super quick all the way from the Netherlands to Germany. I ended up ordering it twice by mistake because my phone was being a pain, but cancelling was a breeze and I got refunded swiftly with PayPal. This is now my second Tory Burch bag from Farfetch and I absolutely love them! Looking forward to seeing how the return process goes, but everything so far has been fantastic - from the packaging to the speedy delivery. Thanks a lot!
International return policy
I had a bit of a nightmare dealing with Farfetch's return policy. Apparently, you have to send the item back within 14 days of them sending it out, which seems really tight to me. When I tried to return my item, they couldn't come to collect it, so I had no way of getting it back to them in time. It's really frustrating, to be honest - it's like they don't care about their customers at all.
New Balance trainers from Stadium Goods
I've just had my first experience with Farfetch and I have to say, I was really impressed! I ordered a pair of New Balance trainers from Stadium Goods in the U.S.A and they arrived in just four days, which was sooner than I had expected. The quality of the trainers was top-notch and I managed to save quite a bit by purchasing them from the U.S. site instead of the UK one. Farfetch's customer service was superb throughout the whole process.
