I had to send an email to ask about my order, and they got back to me really quickly with a really helpful reply. I was really impressed with how good their customer service was and how they stick to their values. All in all, buying from them was a really nice experience.
Lofoten backpack
The Lofoten backpack looks nice and has plenty of room inside, but it's a bit annoying to use because of some design problems. The zips only have one pull, so you have to open up the whole side to get to your stuff. Plus, the buckles don't have quick release, so it's a bit of a pain to undo them. I got this backpack at the last minute for a trip and I wish I'd sent it back because of these issues. I'd suggest taking a good look at the product pictures and thinking about what you need before you buy it. In the end, I got a different backpack because this one was just too much of a hassle.
