    My love for wizardry cannot be underestimated. I've been wanting to get wizardry collections since I watched the film Harry Potter. Oh! How I loved the series. I could not stop watching them since. That's my favorite film in the world so far and to think that I could get all what they used in the film from Geek Gear is a dream that I wouldn't have thought possible in my entire life. Geek Gear gives me pleasure and a new outlook on life with their various packages. I'm currently in the Special edition category and I'm enjoying every bit of the suspense. I'm so glad I got to give them reviews and even shop from them. I now think if myself as wizardess Silver. Lol!!!

    The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them for almost a year now, and every time I try, I don't get any response at all. I've been charged for a monthly subscription for four months but haven't received anything, and there's another box I paid for but never got. Dealing with a company that doesn't keep their promises and ignores their customers' problems is so frustrating. It's really disappointing how they don't communicate or take responsibility for their actions.

    Mixed box subscription purchase

    I've had quite a disappointing experience with the company. Recently, I bought multiple mixed boxes but ran into a few problems with my order. I got in touch with customer service about an incorrect order, and they said they'd cancel one of the boxes and refund the other. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted. What's more, I ended up with the wrong box altogether, even though I actually ordered two of the same one, which left me a bit puzzled. It seems like there might be some incompetence among the staff that caused this mix-up. The lack of communication and the slow response has really changed my opinion of the company.

    I recently made a purchase from a particular company and it was an awful experience. It took them more than 2 weeks just to pack my order, and only did so after I had contacted them three times. When the package finally arrived, I was really disappointed to discover that the items inside were of really poor quality and not at all worth the money I had paid. They seemed like fake and cheap products, definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Even the items I had bought separately weren't worth it, as they were just as low-quality as the rest and definitely not worth what I had paid. It felt like a scam, and I wished I hadn't spent my money on this company.
