I really like this website! It's so simple to place an order, and they have online support in case you need it. The flowers look beautiful and there is such a wide variety to choose from, I found it difficult to make a decision!
Birthday bouquet for a friend
I had a lovely time ordering a birthday bouquet for my friend from this florist. The website was really easy to use, and there were so many gorgeous flower arrangements to pick from. The bouquet I chose for my friend's 60th birthday was just stunning, and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she'd ever been given. Her kind words made me want to order more flowers for another friend, and I know they'll be thrilled with their gift too.
Golden wedding anniversary flowers
I bought these lovely flowers for my friend's grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were so fresh and colourful, and they stayed looking beautiful for ages. It was the ideal present to mark such an important occasion. I will definitely be coming back to order more in the future!

I recently bought a lovely flower arrangement from this florist and was really impressed with their easy-to-use website. It was so simple to find exactly what I wanted, with a wide variety of stunning flowers to choose from. The photos on the website were great too, making it a doddle to pick out the perfect bouquet. I liked that there were extra options available to personalise my order even more. The prices were fair, especially given the top-notch quality of the flowers and service.
Birthday bouquet
I used to be a customer of this company and I've had a bit of a mixed bag of experiences. One time, I treated myself to the Belle in Black bouquet and it was just fabulous - really beautiful. But for my daughter's birthday, I went for the Peonies bouquet and it was a massive letdown. The flowers looked all droopy and the edges were going brown, definitely not what I was hoping for. So, I sent them an email with some photos of the sorry bouquet and they got back to me pretty quickly, within an hour, and sent a replacement bouquet for free. It was good of them to sort it out so fast, but it was still annoying to receive such poor quality flowers in the first place.
Birthday flowers
My flowers turned up late for my birthday and they were in a sorry state. I got in touch with them to share my disappointment and all they did was refer me back to their policies! After some persuasion, they reluctantly acknowledged that the flowers were subpar and only offered me a measly £10 refund. What a laugh! I wouldn't suggest them to anyone - definitely not worth the money.
Beautiful bouquet with chocolates and a vase
The website had a really good selection of flowers and gifts to choose from. I was so pleased that I could personalise my order with extra gifts such as chocolates and a vase. The checkout process was really easy and simple. The delivery came on the day I asked for, which was brilliant. My sister was absolutely over the moon with the bouquet, especially with the added chocolates and vase. The flowers were of really high quality, and seeing how happy my sister was made my day. I was so impressed with everything that I ended up ordering again for my sister-in-law, who was also really happy with her gift. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.
Flowers
DIED AFTER 1 DAY! I would avoid using this company, i purchased what looked to be lovely flowers, only for them to die after 1 day. Customer service reviewed the photos submitted and acknowledged a quality issue, yet only to offer a £15 refund on an order of more than £40. If you are sending flowers to a loved one then dont disappoint them and shop elsewhere.
Late Flowers delivery for a birthday
Extremely poor customer service and flowers did not arrive on time. When we complained about the late delivery they gave us a lecture about terms and conditions and all excuses in the world.
The flowers were delivered the next day and in awful state. Complained again with the picture but customer service gave zero toss.
Never use haute flowers and prestige flowers as apparently they are the same company.
Wasted my money on ... flowers that arrived late. Very disappointed and would never recommend this business to anyone .
