Anniversary flowers
I bought these gorgeous flowers for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them! The packaging was really classy and the flowers were so easy to put in a vase. The colours were incredible and the bouquet looked really fancy. I would definitely recommend them!
Next day flower delivery
I recently bought some flowers for next day delivery, but it didn't go well. I paid extra for next day delivery, but the flowers were sent through Royal Mail, which caused a delay. The person I sent them to wasn't at home when Royal Mail tried to deliver, so the flowers only got there on Monday and they were in a sorry state. I contacted customer service for help, but all I got were generic responses about tracking numbers. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.
Birthday bouquet
I bought my mum a birthday bouquet and it looked lovely at first, but it started to droop after only 3 days. I was a bit let down by the quality, especially since it cost quite a bit. However, when I contacted customer service and showed them photos of the sad flowers, they got back to me quickly and are sending a new bouquet. I'm grateful for their speedy help and I'm hopeful that the replacement flowers will be fresher and stay beautiful for longer.

Well, I was really looking forward to the beautiful flowers I ordered for my best friend's birthday, but I was so disappointed when they turned up three days late and not very fresh at all. I used to be a customer of this company and I've had a bit of a mixed bag of experiences. One time, I treated myself to the Belle in Black bouquet and it was just fabulous - really beautiful. But for my daughter's birthday, I went for the Peonies bouquet and it was a massive letdown. The flowers looked all droopy and the edges were going brown, definitely not what I was hoping for. So, I sent them an email with some photos of the sorry bouquet and they got back to me pretty quickly, within an hour, and sent a replacement bouquet for free. It was good of them to sort it out so fast, but it was still annoying to receive such poor quality flowers in the first place.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.

DIED AFTER 1 DAY! I would avoid using this company, i purchased what looked to be lovely flowers, only for them to die after 1 day. Customer service reviewed the photos submitted and acknowledged a quality issue, yet only to offer a £15 refund on an order of more than £40. If you are sending flowers to a loved one then dont disappoint them and shop elsewhere.
