Beautiful bouquet with chocolates and a vase
The website had a really good selection of flowers and gifts to choose from. I was so pleased that I could personalise my order with extra gifts such as chocolates and a vase. The checkout process was really easy and simple. The delivery came on the day I asked for, which was brilliant. My sister was absolutely over the moon with the bouquet, especially with the added chocolates and vase. The flowers were of really high quality, and seeing how happy my sister was made my day. I was so impressed with everything that I ended up ordering again for my sister-in-law, who was also really happy with her gift. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.
Flowers
The flowers they had on offer were absolutely amazing! I managed to find exactly what I was after with no trouble at all and I was really impressed by the range they had. But, I have to say, the website was a bit tricky to get around. Everything seemed pretty simple to begin with, but I got a bit confused towards the end. It wasn't completely obvious when I had finished placing my order because there were a few extra bits to fill in before I could complete everything. I found it a bit annoying and it took away from what would have otherwise been a great shopping experience.
Late Delivery, Dead Flowers
Even though the flowers came a week late and weren't looking their best, I have to say that the customer service I got was top-notch. It wasn't the company's fault, but a slip-up by the postal service. When I let them know about it on their online chat, they were really quick to get back to me and clarify what happened. They even went one step further and said they'd send me a new bunch of flowers whenever worked best for me, which was totally unexpected and really kind of them. That act of kindness really made the whole situation better.
Recent bouquet delivery
I ordered a bouquet from this florist recently and I was pretty let down by the delivery. The flowers turned up with all the water spilled out, so the stems were all soggy and couldn't be saved. The peonies were lovely, but the whole arrangement was ruined because of the careless delivery. I got in touch with the company to let them know what happened, and they were really good about it. They got back to me quickly and didn't even ask for a photo as proof. They're sending me a new bouquet, which I'm grateful for.

I bought these gorgeous flowers for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them! The packaging was really classy and the flowers were so easy to put in a vase. The colours were incredible and the bouquet looked really fancy. I would definitely recommend them!
Next day flower delivery
I recently bought some flowers for next day delivery, but it didn't go well. I paid extra for next day delivery, but the flowers were sent through Royal Mail, which caused a delay. The person I sent them to wasn't at home when Royal Mail tried to deliver, so the flowers only got there on Monday and they were in a sorry state. I contacted customer service for help, but all I got were generic responses about tracking numbers. All in all, it was a really disappointing experience.

I paid extra for next day delivery as well, so that was really frustrating. I tried to complain to the company, but all they sent me back were dull, legal-sounding emails. I definitely won't be using them again after that experience!

Birthday bouquet
I used to be a customer of this company and I've had a bit of a mixed bag of experiences. One time, I treated myself to the Belle in Black bouquet and it was just fabulous - really beautiful. But for my daughter's birthday, I went for the Peonies bouquet and it was a massive letdown. The flowers looked all droopy and the edges were going brown, definitely not what I was hoping for. So, I sent them an email with some photos of the sorry bouquet and they got back to me pretty quickly, within an hour, and sent a replacement bouquet for free. It was good of them to sort it out so fast, but it was still annoying to receive such poor quality flowers in the first place.

My flowers turned up late for my birthday and they were in a sorry state. I got in touch with them to share my disappointment and all they did was refer me back to their policies! After some persuasion, they reluctantly acknowledged that the flowers were subpar and only offered me a measly £10 refund. What a laugh! I wouldn't suggest them to anyone - definitely not worth the money.
