    Two pairs of sunglasses

    I purchased two pairs of sunglasses more than two weeks ago and have not received any communication from the company. I have tried contacting them through their contact forms, Twitter, and Instagram, but have not gotten any response at all. It's very frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor customer service. Today is the 23rd of June and I have yet to receive my sunglasses or a refund. Someone from Instagram did reply, but I am not sure how helpful they will be. I will keep you updated if I do eventually get my money back.

    I bought some sunglasses from this company not too long ago, and honestly, it was a bit of a nightmare. It took ages for the sunglasses to turn up, and when they did, they were all battered and beaten up. What's even worse is that the company isn't being very helpful in fixing things. The customer service is just not up to scratch, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going through this. Just a heads up to avoid this company in the future.

    Unresponsive customer service

    I am really disappointed with the service I have received from this company. I placed my order three weeks ago and all I have received is a confirmation email. I have tried to get in touch with them several times but I have had no luck. I even left a review on a well-known review site, but all I got was a generic response telling me to contact them for help. This was useless as they just ignored my messages. If this is how they treat their customers, I would recommend finding somewhere else to shop.

    Black Friday purchase

    I bought something on Black Friday and it's been a right nightmare. I got the confirmation but still no sign of the glasses I ordered. It's been nearly two months now and I've reached out to customer service loads of times but haven't heard a peep back. So gutted, especially as I had a good experience with them before. I'm not sure I want to bother using them again.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite a while now and I've always been happy with their products. However, over the past year, I've noticed that their customer support has really gone downhill. When I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses, everything seemed to be going well until I didn't get any tracking information after the initial confirmation of the sale. I waited for more than a week and tried contacting customer support several times, but I didn't hear back from them at all. The sunglasses finally arrived after two weeks, but the lack of communication was really disappointing. In addition, a pair of sunglasses that I bought less than a year ago ended up breaking. I sent all the necessary details and images to customer support, but they still haven't got back to me. The lack of communication and support from this company is worrying and really disheartening, especially for a loyal customer like me.

    I am so frustrated about the fact that I placed an order back in July and still haven't received it yet. The customer service is terrible, they completely ignore my emails and messages. It's really annoying not knowing what's going on with my order. I would strongly recommend that people steer clear of this company.

    My order was placed on the 4th of August and I still haven't received it! Customer service blamed delays on covid disrupting transport, but I'm sceptical as other companies are managing to ship without trouble. I'm planning to contact my bank for a chargeback now.

    I bought some sunglasses from this company not long ago and frankly, I'm not happy. The courier confirmed my order three weeks ago but then told me the glasses got lost in the post. I tried to get in touch with the company by calling and emailing, but all I found was a dodgy online form that no one ever responded to.     I ordered some really nice sunglasses near the end of November, but they still haven't shown up! I've sent a few emails to their Customer Service team, but haven't heard anything back at all!     Sunglasses broke, bad service

    I bought some sunglasses this summer, but they broke really quickly when I was just walking down the street! Suddenly, one of the arms fell off without me even touching them. So, I decided to message the company to see if they could help out. They initially said they would send me a new pair because it was a problem with the glasses. However, three days later, they changed their minds and blamed me for the damage! How does that even make sense? I'm really not happy with their service, it was really bad.

    Sunglasses refund issue

    I’ve had a really bad time trying to get a refund for a pair of sunglasses I sent back. It’s been four months of me getting really annoyed trying to sort out getting my money back. The customer service is so bad, they keep saying they’ll give me a refund but it never actually comes through. I had to fork out for the sunglasses and the shipping to send them back, now I’m left with no money and no sunglasses. It’s really frustrating and disheartening.
