Sunglasses
Oh my days! I am absolutely shocked! Bought a bunch of sunglasses from this shop for me and my mates. Usually, they're dead good and the customer service is proper amazing. They even sorted some broken glasses for me in a jiffy. But now, it's been a whole week and still no sign of my order. Feels like trying to grab a unicorn getting a response from them. It's so annoying! Used to rave about this shop to all my friends, but now I'm not sure what to make of it. Starting to lose my patience here!
Delayed delivery
I placed an order back on June 17th and got given a delivery tracker number on June 22nd. But, even after reaching out to customer service loads of times via both phone and email, I still don't know when my order is actually going to arrive. The tracker is saying my package hasn't even been picked up yet by the courier in Madrid. At this rate, it looks like my order might only show up just in time for Christmas, if it arrives at all.

This place is a joke. I bought a few items and had to return them within a week because they were rubbish. But guess what? They're now refusing to give me a refund and have gone silent on my emails. What a bunch of clowns. Don't waste your money here, folks.
Sunglasses received in 7 days
As a customer of Hawkers, I just wanted to share my experience with the delivery process, as it was a bit different to what I had heard from some reviews. At first, I was a bit unsure because of the negative feedback, but my sunglasses actually arrived within a week of me placing the order. There was a small delay in the delivery and the courier company changed from DHL to Zeleris and then on to Hermes, but thankfully the sunglasses arrived in good condition. It was a bit annoying that I didn't get any tracking updates until the sunglasses got to the Hermes depot, but overall I was happy with the product and might buy from Hawkers again in the future. I did reach out to Hawkers when I wasn't getting any tracking updates, and they got back to me quite quickly within a day.
Sunglasses for summer holiday
I ordered some sunglasses online for my holiday, but they never arrived! I paid £7.95 for delivery, but I never received a dispatch email or tracking information. After waiting for a month and sending plenty of emails to customer service, I still didn't have my sunglasses. In the end, I gave up and bought a different pair from another website, and they arrived the very next day. I wouldn't recommend ordering directly from that website!
Quick order of sunglasses
I ordered these amazing sunglasses, but when they arrived, they were a bit off. Because of COVID, it took a lot of emails, but I finally got some new ones that are just right! Big thanks to Hawkers for sorting it out. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Order not delivered
I ordered something online, but it never showed up. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but they haven't responded. It's really frustrating, I just wanted to get my hands on my stuff!
Lost order
I ordered something ages ago and it still hasn't turned up. It's as if it has vanished into thin air! I attempted to get a refund, but they mentioned it's already on its way. But where could it possibly be heading? I even took to Twitter to express my frustration, but all I got was the same old excuse. Now I'm skint and feeling the urge to warn everyone to steer clear of this shady company.

I bought some really nice sunglasses online but they never arrived! I waited for a whole two weeks, but they didn't even reach the courier. When I tried to email them, they responded in Spanish! Luckily, I managed to understand using Google Translate, but why didn't they just use English on their UK website? Still waiting for my sunglasses to turn up!

I'm sorry to say that I was pretty disappointed with my new glasses purchase. It took nearly three months for them to arrive, and even though I tried to get in touch with customer service several times, the lack of communication and the fact that my issue wasn't resolved left me feeling frustrated. Overall, I was really unsatisfied with the service this company provided.
Sketchy purchase
I recently purchased these sunglasses online, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! It took forever for the order to arrive, and when it finally did, the sunglasses were all scratched up and of poor quality. I sent them an email to complain, but they totally ignored me, how rude! The sunglasses were really cheap and not worth the money at all, like something you'd find in a bargain store. I am so frustrated about the whole situation, I might even consider taking legal action! I regret ever getting involved with this chaotic mess.

I bought myself a pair of sunglasses back on the 18th of July. The website promised delivery within 5-7 days, but it's been well over a month now and still no sign of my order. I've tried emailing them several times, but no response at all. Even reached out on Instagram and all I got was some excuse about Brexit causing delays. It's really frustrating to not get any updates or explanations from them about what's going on with customs. Customers deserve to know about potential delays upfront, not left hanging like this. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this company after how I've been let down.
Sunglasses refund nightmare
It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund for these sunglasses I sent back. I've been at it for three whole months now, with no luck. They just don't seem to communicate at all, their replies are few and far between, and it's like they don't care about their customers at all. It's really infuriating and disheartening. My advice? Stay well clear of them, they're not worth the hassle.
Two pairs of sunglasses
I purchased two pairs of sunglasses more than two weeks ago and have not received any communication from the company. I have tried contacting them through their contact forms, Twitter, and Instagram, but have not gotten any response at all. It's very frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor customer service. Today is the 23rd of June and I have yet to receive my sunglasses or a refund. Someone from Instagram did reply, but I am not sure how helpful they will be. I will keep you updated if I do eventually get my money back.
Three purchases in 2021
I've bought three things this year. The first two were fine, but on the third one in August, the delivery guy from the French courier company actually took my package. I got in touch with the company through their website, and they quickly sent out another one using a different courier. I'm really pleased with how they handled the situation and their customer service.

I bought something on Black Friday and it's been a right nightmare. I got the confirmation but still no sign of the glasses I ordered.
