I thought the tracking updates from the company were really good. They let me know when my order was sent to the shipping provider and kept me updated on where my delivery was. It was great to be kept in the loop like that, made me feel confident and well-informed as my order made its way to me.
Band t-shirt purchase
I was really happy with my band t-shirts purchase from Impericon. They had a great range to choose from, and I easily found what I wanted. The quality of the shirts was impressive, and they had a good selection of bands. The customer service was excellent, they responded quickly to my questions. The shipping was also really fast, and my order came in perfect condition. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience with Impericon and I will definitely be back for more band merchandise in the future.
Three patches
My shopping experience was pretty good, but I did have a small problem. I thought the delivery fee of £9.90 was a bit high, especially since it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive via DHL for only three patches. However, I have to admit that the quality of the products was really good and they lived up to what I was hoping for.
Velodrom hoodies
The hoodies from Impericon are really cool! Me and my mates ordered them for the Velodrom gig in November and we're so excited to wear them while we rock out. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic. The delivery didn't take too long from Germany to Portugal, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we're super happy with our purchase and can't wait to show them off at the concert.

Vinyl record purchase
I bought a vinyl record from this website the other day and I must say, the delivery was super quick and the price was really good. But, when I opened up the package, I found a big scratch on the first track. It's a bit of a bummer because it seems like a lot of records get damaged as soon as you take off the shrink wrap. I'm hoping I can get a new one sent out to me soon.
Excellent service and communication
I recently bought something from an online shop and I was really happy with the service I got. High quality
I bought something really good from this online shop not long ago. The delivery took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn't a big problem. The customer service was top-notch, and I was really happy with how they handled everything. I'd definitely suggest this online shop to other people.
Patch and shirts
I recently ordered some patches and shirts from Impericon and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality. The shirts were made from top-notch material and the print on them was vibrant and long-lasting. The patch was also really well-made and looked awesome on my bag.
The only downside for me was the delivery time. It took a whole 10 days for my order to arrive, and I did pay £10 for shipping so I was expecting a bit quicker. If they could speed up the delivery process, I would have been even happier with my whole experience.Mother's Day gift delivery
I recently bought a present for Mother's Day and paid extra for faster delivery. It took 6 days to arrive, just in time. It wasn't the quickest, but it came before expected, so that was good for me. However, there's no app which would be handy. The website on Safari isn't great - it doesn't save passwords or wishlists, and it often shows the wrong country. Sometimes, items vanish from the cart if I pause shopping. I also get logged out unexpectedly. There's a good range of stuff to buy, but the shipping costs are high and the return charges put me off. Because of this, I shop here less and prefer getting things at live events. I've given feedback but haven't seen any improvements from the service team yet.
T-shirts, good quality
This was my first time ordering from this company and it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped, so I can't give it a top rating. The delivery took longer than expected, even though I paid for express shipping it was over a week late. On the bright side, the order did make it to my city in 3 days. The t-shirts themselves are really good quality and fit perfectly, so I'm happy with that aspect.
Hats purchase
I was proper gutted with the hats I got from here - the fit and quality was well disappointing, you know? The sizing was all over the shop, some proper massive and others tiny. Made me wonder if these hats were even made for people! Thing is, sending them back was dead pricey, so I'm stuck with them now - what a waste of money. After this, I'm definitely not coming back to shop here again, no way.
