Considering the fees we all pay to TicketSwap, I think it's fair to expect a more traditional customer service approach with actual human staff. Software purchase
When I bought some software from this company, everything seemed fine at first. But then I noticed that they hadn't included the VAT invoice I asked for. Even though they had told me over the phone and in an email that the VAT was 16%, the invoice didn't have any VAT info on it. When I contacted their customer service to sort it out, they were really unhelpful and said they couldn't give me a VAT invoice now that they had already sent the first one. I thought their behaviour was a bit dodgy and it didn't sit right with me.

Lavender plants
I thought the website was really easy to use and get around. But then I got an email saying that my order for lavender plants had been cancelled because they weren't good enough to send out. That was a bit of a let-down, but at least they let me know quickly so I could find the plants somewhere else. Even though that didn't work out, I was happy that the rest of my order was delivered quickly and without any problems. All in all, I'd be up for using this website again in the future.

Tests and results
The tests and prices are good, but the process is way too complicated. You have to sign up online for each test, put your info on a label, stick it on the test tube, then write your info again on the bag for the test tube. If you forget or don't finish any of these steps, they won't accept the test. It's just not needed and probably causes a lot of failed tests.

Under eye enhancer
The under eye enhancer was a total letdown. I tried it twice, but both times it didn't work at all. They said they changed the formula in the first batch, and it came out red instead of white/cream. The next batch was still rubbish. The stuff was too thick, left white marks, and made my eyes sore. And to top it off, they wouldn't let me return it for free like they said on the website. The customer service was terrible, and it felt like they lied about the product. It's no wonder I don't see anyone talking about it on Facebook anymore.

Busy lizzie and begonia citrus mix plug plants
Recently, I bought 70 busy lizzie and begonia citrus mix plug plants but only 24 survived the delivery. Out of those, only 3 actually grew roots. I was really let down by the quality of the plants and the slow delivery. It was just a very disappointing experience overall.

Frustrating football subscription
We've been subscribed for a few years mainly for football, but we've had enough now. We thought changing internet providers would help, but after reading customer reviews, we can see the real problem. We're giving up - can't even watch 5 minutes of a match without it freezing. It's really poor quality for what we're paying. We're just glad we won't be watching the Euros on this service, we'll find channels that actually care about their customers!
