    Customer service experience

    I had a bit of a problem with my order, but the customer service folks at this company sorted it out super fast. They were really nice, got what I was on about, and fixed everything up without any hassle. I was genuinely impressed by how they handled things. Even though there was a little hiccup to begin with, I'm happy with the service I got in the end.
