I ordered some lavender plants on the 10th of March and I still haven't received them, despite sending multiple emails. I only got one reply from Rebecca, who asked if I had received them, but then never responded after that. I asked for a refund but still haven't heard anything back. This is really disappointing and there has been absolutely no customer service.
Dead and wrong plants
My experience with this company was absolutely dreadful. I bought some plants and when they got here, they were either dead or not what I ordered. I sent a bunch of emails over six months but never heard back. It was so annoying not being able to call for help. It really felt like this company is a bit of a joke or maybe even a scam. The way they treat their customers is just terrible. I recommend staying well away from this company and keeping hold of your cash.
Lavender products
I ordered some lavender products back on the 27th of October, with an expected delivery time of around 3 to 5 days. But here we are on the 18th of November, and I still haven't received a thing! I got in touch with the director, Sam Goodwill, who said he'd look into it with dispatch. However, I've not heard anything back since then. After having a bit of a dig around, it looks like I'm not the only one going through this same issue.
Plants purchase
I was really disappointed with the plants I ordered when they arrived. The packaging looked like it had been bashed about and the plants were looking worse for wear. I got in touch with the company to try and sort things out, and they asked for some photos, which I sent straight away. They said they'd send out some replacements, but it's been well over a month now and I've still not received anything. Despite sending several follow-up emails, there's been no progress at all.
I told them how the remaining plants were starting to deteriorate, and they just asked for more photos and promised replacements once again. Dealing with this company has been really frustrating, and I'm still waiting for some kind of resolution.Plants purchase
I bought some plants and it was a nightmare! I mean, I ordered them and they took my money straight away. Then they turned around and were like, "Oops, can't deliver to your address," and promised to refund me. But can you believe it? They never actually gave me my money back! I sent so many emails and all they kept saying was that they'd process the refund, but nothing ever happened. In the end, I had to get my bank involved to sort it out. Really unprofessional and shady, I wouldn't waste your time trying to reason with them - just go straight to your bank.
Pink lavender order
I ordered a box of pink lavender, but it was really disappointing. When it arrived, most of the plants were already dead. I asked for replacements, but they never sent them. They're not even replying to my emails now. To be honest, their service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and definitely won't be buying from them again.
100 Lavender Hidcote plants for hedging
I lost my box hedge to box blight, this year. So was looking for something to replace it. Then I found Lavender World. The pricing and hedging offers for the Hidcote lavender were very reasonable, so I went ahead.
The plants arrived today, in perfect condition, in trays ready for repotting or planting.
I need to wait until spring as they’re young plants, so I’m popping them in the greenhouse for now.
They were a good size, considering I ordered small plants for hedging.
The packaging was perfect, no spillages.
All in all, I would highly recommend Lavenderworld. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation, and I will definitely be a returning customer.Lavender HIDCOTE

Very few of the 30 plants good enough to be planted.
On telephoning, person I spoke to had no access to order reference number- told I would be contacted at the end of the week. NO RETURN CALL RECEIVED.

Ordered 12 plants on 1st March 2022...after numerous extremely slow replies to emails, the first one was ignored altogether.... they have just informed me it is going to be the end of the month before I receive them so I have requested a refund. I am not holding my breath as their customer service is diabolical... Tried ringing but no answer.
