I had such a good time shopping here. The lady helping me, Samantha, was really great and quick to respond. She knew so much and handled all my questions and worries really well. I'd definitely say to come here for their top-notch customer service.
Tailored trousers, broken collar and missing button
The clothes look really nice and I absolutely adore the design, but the quality is a bit disappointing. When my Textured Tailored Trousers - Cream arrived, I noticed that the collar was broken and there was a button missing. Also, the delivery took quite a long time within the EU, which was quite frustrating. I had to take the trousers to a tailor to get them fixed myself. Despite these problems, I have stayed loyal to the brand because I genuinely like it. The customer service team did offer me a gift card to make up for the issues, which I did appreciate. However, my second purchase also had some problems, showing that there may be a consistent issue that needs to be dealt with. In general, considering the prices they charge, the quality definitely needs to be improved.
Obsessed with the clothes
The customer service was fantastic, Samantha got back to me so quickly and was really helpful. I absolutely love their clothes, they're just amazing!
Pleated co-ords
I bought these pleated co-ords and they looked really cute when I first got them. But after wearing them only once, they started pilling everywhere. I was so disappointed because they were quite pricey! The top cost £79.99 and the bottom was a similar price. I was hoping for better quality considering the cost, and it's such a shame that they didn't hold up well.
Quick response and professional assistance
I recently bought something at this shop, and it all went quite smoothly. There was a bit of a problem with the size of one thing I bought, so I got in touch with their Customer Support straight away. I was really surprised by how fast Emma got back to me and helped me sort out the problem. Also, there was a bit of trouble with using a gift card, but Georgie sorted it out really quickly after I sent an email. I just want to say a big thanks to the team at this shop for being so professional and helpful.

Edgy and unique designs
I absolutely love this brand, their designs are just so edgy and unique. Every product I've ordered has been top quality, it's really impressive. The style is just so refreshing and different from the norm. But what really makes this brand special is their customer service, they really go the extra mile to make sure you have a five-star experience. A big shout out to Georgie for their amazing communication and customer service, they're just fantastic.

My experience with "Natasha" was absolutely brilliant! The products are really high quality and definitely good value for money. The service was fast and dependable, and the designs are spot on. I would definitely recommend this place.
New clothes
Oh my gosh, I recently bought some clothes from this shop and it was a total nightmare! The sizes were completely off, and when I attempted to return them, they were like, "Nope, you can keep it." How rude is that? On top of that, it took ages for me to even receive my order. Seriously, it's 2021, sort it out!
