After having to return my order at first, I must say I was really impressed with the customer service provided by Emma from the customer care team at Maniere De Voir. Even though it wasn't their fault that my parcel got lost, Emma really went out of her way to help me with my return. Her professionalism and willingness to assist me have really made a positive impact on me. I truly value the time and effort she put into sorting out the problem, and it has definitely made me trust the brand even more. Quick response and professional assistance
I recently bought something at this shop, and it all went quite smoothly. There was a bit of a problem with the size of one thing I bought, so I got in touch with their Customer Support straight away. I was really surprised by how fast Emma got back to me and helped me sort out the problem. Also, there was a bit of trouble with using a gift card, but Georgie sorted it out really quickly after I sent an email. I absolutely love this brand, their designs are just so edgy and unique. Every product I've ordered has been top quality, it's really impressive. The style is just so refreshing and different from the norm. She was really good at her job and sorted out my order mistake quickly. The company's customer service impressed me a lot. They replied fast and Amie fixed my problem without any delays. All in all, I'm happy with the service I got.

I recently bought some really nice clothes and had a couple of questions about sizes and delivery. So, I thought I'd drop them an email, assuming I'd have to wait ages for a response. But surprise, surprise! They got back to me really fast! Nathasha was fantastic and assisted me with all my queries, from giving me advice on sizes to providing delivery information. Their customer service was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend them!

I messed up when I was placing an order with this company, but when I got in touch with them for help, their customer service was really impressive. I sent them an email explaining the mistake and they replied promptly, sorting everything out for me without any trouble. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy.
Deceitful Return Process
Their return process is really sneaky, especially for customers in the US. They've set it up so that return packages take ages to get back to them. The courier they use can take more than a month just to deliver your return, which is way longer than the 2-week limit for qualifying for a refund. So if your return is late, tough luck - you're out of luck. It's a totally unfair system that's left me feeling so annoyed and let down. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Tailored trousers, broken collar and missing button
The clothes look really nice and I absolutely adore the design, but the quality is a bit disappointing. When my Textured Tailored Trousers - Cream arrived, I noticed that the collar was broken and there was a button missing. Also, the delivery took quite a long time within the EU, which was quite frustrating. I had to take the trousers to a tailor to get them fixed myself. Despite these problems, I have stayed loyal to the brand because I genuinely like it. The customer service team did offer me a gift card to make up for the issues, which I did appreciate. However, my second purchase also had some problems, showing that there may be a consistent issue that needs to be dealt with. In general, considering the prices they charge, the quality definitely needs to be improved.

Pleated co-ords
I bought these pleated co-ords and they looked really cute when I first got them. But after wearing them only once, they started pilling everywhere. I was so disappointed because they were quite pricey! The top cost £79.99 and the bottom was a similar price. I was hoping for better quality considering the cost, and it's such a shame that they didn't hold up well.
