Bag purchase in 2017
I want to share my experience from back in 2017 when I bought something at this store. It was a total nightmare, I must say. I got a bag, followed their return policy by taking it back within 14 days, and I still haven't got my money back. When I tried to reach out to them, they had the cheek to deny giving me a refund. The founder says she can't do it, even though it's covered in their extended 6-year refund policy. It's ridiculous how they've totally forgotten about me and my hard-earned money. And what's worse, this owner and director acts like she can't process my refund, which doesn't make any sense at all. She was so rude and unprofessional throughout our whole conversation. When I asked to speak to someone else for help, she just blocked me. It's unbelievable how they can treat customers this way and get away with it. This experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. If this is their way of doing business, they should be shut down right away.
