    Tipsy Terrace Bistro Restaurant, Hondon de los Frailes, Alicante.

    Drove to Hondon de los Frailes about 40 minutes from Benijofar, and found a hidden gem. Tipsy Terrace is anything but. The setting is excellent and the warm welcome from the staff promised a great lunch. We were not disappointed. We opted for the Sunday Lunch (reservations recommended). The starters, a prawn cocktail and french onion soup were delicious. We both opted for the fish pie for the main and it was superb, accompanied by a massive yorkshire pudding and generous amounts of fresh veg, mashed and roasted potatoes were brought to the table. One dessert was shared (not enough room for two) mint and chocolate homemade cheesecake, ...! The entire time every one of the floor staff were chatting, checking everything was ok and that we were happy. They even brought treats for 'Jack', our pooch, who agreed we'd have the roast pork and chicken next time. Such a joy to come across people who genuinely love what they do and understand the meaning of hospitality and customer service. Looking forward to our return. Thank you all.

    I'm so shocked reading all these reviews. I order from Gardening Express a couple of times a year (max) and haven't had issues. Latest order was 5th Oct 2020 when I ordered quite a few plants to make up two winter themed planters. By the 9th Oct I had a tracking number for them. Plants received well packaged a few days later. The only plants that haven't lasted too long are the ornamental cabbages. However this might be due to the soil I planted them in as the one "spare" one I planted into my flowerbed is still alive and well. It's such a shame seeing all these bad reviews. I will admit that their website isn't exactly modern and the lack of cust services is slightly odd in this day and age. These reviews do make me think twice about ordering again, even though I've had no issues with them. Hope they sort themselves out and give the refunds that are due to people ASAP.

    People need to be aware that this company bulk buys reviews so you cannot trust ANY positive reviews that you read. On Trust Pilot it is quite obvious because next to almost all of the positive reviews is 'invited'. In other words, bought and paid for.

    AWFUL service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They say 3 to 5 days for delivery, but watch out for the "can take a little longer" After 12 working days (2 weeks) , they still cannot say when it will be dispatched. That is not my issue however, it is firstly they have no phone to call, no email to write and no live chat. Nightmare to contact. When I managed to get through all the Q&As and used their messenger - it took an hour to get a response. When I asked them to either postpone dispatch or cancel order because we are away in a couple of days, they said no and told me to ask a neighbour to accept. As I have no one I can ask to accept plants and look after them for a week, they said that is their policy and nothing they can do. Apparently their automated systems do not allow changes after 24 hours and assuming the plants survive while we are away, will deduct 25% of the value of the order for Admin if return is change of mind! Plus I assume I have to pay the courier!
    A nightmare company and one to avoid

    This Company is a complete shambles, you are unable to leave a review online unless it is 5* there is absolutely no means of contact, they take your money & do not fulfil your order, I wish I had read the independent reviews first, rest assured if you order something you will lose your money.

    Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Received my order, late!….was meant to be a tree. A twig arrived instead. Customer service is a Bot followed by a response time of three hours, asking you to upload photos which DOES NOT WORK! to be then told by an agent “I see you have left the chat” err yes as I cannot sit and wait three hours for you to respond. And then finally to be told “I can assure you the photo attachment does work”. IT DOES NOT!
    Stay away from this company.

    Ordered 10 Double Hemerocallis bare root in the Sale at this pathetic company. Arrived quite promptly - a polybag full of roots!!! I duly potted them on an watched them grow. Once flowered they are all single not doubles as advertised. I have grown Hemerocallis for many years and know what I'm talking about! Trying to contact this company is impossible as wanted to complain. Selling stuff under false pretenses is illegal. I see that so many other people have the same problem. It looks like I am yet another ... customer who got caught up in this scam and have no way of getting my money back or any response. I thought that Thompson and Morgan were the biggest sharks - it seems not!

    Disgusting. After waiting a month they sent the wrong plant. No customer service no reply from the bot and when I tried to go the returns procedure it wouldn't let me. Left an angry review which wasn't published. They're cowboys and need to go. Also shame on you Amazon and Ebay for advertising

    I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I was recommended this Verisure by a friend who had an attempted burglary but had this alarm and nothing was taken. I’ve had the system over 6 months and had an issue with one of the shock sensors admittedly they didn’t come the next day to resolve it but within 3 days which I thought was fair enough. I’ve recommended this system to friends and my parents who now have it and all love it. It works when I have set it off and they call you normally within 30 seconds. I came on here as my friend said there were bad reviews so I wanted to have a look - but I don’t get it, I’ve had ZERO issues. I’ve been looked after by the sales guy Steve really well and if I have any questions I go to him. It might be a little pricey on the monthly but for me there is nothing better out there and I’ve had a couple of alarms before this one.

    Despite escalation to the head of legal and CEO I have gone around the houses as they are chasing me for an unpaid alarm bill. The irony is they refunded me 3 months of monitoring and despite a subject access request and continually speaking to people . They are chasing for several months alarm monitoring fees. I paid two set up fees and they were way above what they would promote at Costco. The funny thing is they are threatening to terminate one of the alarms and go to a debt collection agency. Now this is where it gets interesting : I will happily go and take all the paperwork to a county court as the jokers never ever installed the alarm in the 2nd property. It was never installed and they recorded they did so the sales guy could get a commission no doubt. Despite a SAR and disclosure request they have parroted on that they will disconnect my alarm - funny that as its sitting in my box at home never installed. I have kept mail audit after mail audit so despite in 3 years never monitoring a single log or even being able to they now want to go to a debt collection agency - especially as i paid them for over 3 years with a D Debit for a system they knew was never even installed and lest see how that pays out with the GDPR as a starter. I have told their CEO /Data Protection officer but they are useless. So please do go ahead and take me to court for 5 months unpaid fees when I have been paying 3 years for a system that never even was installed and they knew but continued debiting me

    This company is clearly not a fair one, trying to hide the monthly cost by putting some discounts for 3months. I tried to switch to a Door Bell they told me you need to pay an Inflated monthly price for 3months and after that we will send you someone to disconnect you for 70pounds. Better to run away from this company

    Useless company, just charge you for anything, even when you want to cancel the rubbish service, they still want to charge you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

I have asked to cancel the service on the 10th day of installation and they kept insisting on getting another camera, they send a different camera than what was explained over the phone.. then they closed the case as per their convenience and kept sending bills.. i have been requesting to remove the system as it is terrible.. u can easily buy sensors from Amazon as it does nothing more than that.. the cameras are blurry.. app takes forwver to download an image.. very stupid solution.. i keep writing to them and they care less to even call back.. very bad service.. its horrible.. the remote stopped working in a month.. its useless dont get it..

Informed Verisure 2 weeks ago, then last week, again today, still not heard anything from Verisure complaints or from the Technical team to Integrate the Arlo doorbell with my Verisure account, feel I am been ignored, happy to take your money from you but don't provide a very good customer service, but saying that happy with the installation service, but lack of info where the doorbell is concerned.

    Yesterday took the day off so I could be there to fix a ongoing problem’ and guess what ‘ engineers sick again ! Seems to br a pattern’ raised a complaint and said I wish to cancel ‘ o someone will contact you in the next seven days ! Hello ‘ I want this sorted ‘ my advice is ‘ go somewhere else ‘ it’s a lot of money ‘ and no back up when something goes wrong ‘

    I would like to retract my above review. The engineer came Monday evening and has resolved Verisure.
    I find the service very good and responded well to my complaint.
    Would definitely recommend this company. ????

    Can anyone who has this system confirm the following, if I cancel the contract giving 90 days notice , will the app and all functionality work as normal without the monitoring and police response ofcourse

    Terriblr system camera battery life is pathetic fully charged im getting about 7 days max out of every single camera including the doorbell. complained about this to verisure and they gave me a solar panel which stopped charging the camera after about 2 weeks of use. extremely disapointed with the quality of the in house cameras my kids could take better pictures with a throw away camera. just for everyone's information after 6 months you can cancel your subscription with verisure and keep all the equipment and still use it via the Arlo app .. you just wont have the monitoring or response guard service .. i have one more monthly and i will be doing this as im not paying £40 a month for a system which i need to take down and recharge every week its a joke.

    They lie you won't have access to your app either once you cancel the ridiculous high monthly costs. So basically rendering the whole system useless leaving your family and children vulnerable.

    Grey bubble coat

    Coat was not true to size Even though it says nice it was way off their sizing.
    Took ages to arrive.ordered early December 2020.Did not zrrive until middle of January.Tracking system did not give me any details.just that it was in transit.
    Many emails were sent and an automated one pinged back.saying they would be back to you with answers.
    Returned the coat the next day via post as requested.
    To date I have not recieved a refund and they have now started ignoring my emails znd I can't get through via phone.we sre going into March 2021 and still nothing from them.
    It's a Joke that these businesses who claim to be empowering women can't refund the women that but from them.
    I will be looking to take this further now.Thry should not be allowed to do this to innocent legit buyers.shame on them.

    Holiday package to Turkey

    Do not expect to get your refund in full or in time! My flights were cancelled due to covid and they made me wait 3 months to only get a partial refund which only covered my accommodation. I was literally chasing them everyday for a refund for my flights (which was over £1200) and they kept telling me that they are waiting for this amount from the airlines even though the airlines confirmed to me that they are not responsible for this so they kept lying to me. I have to wait hours just to get through to someone who can never give me an answer. I am still waiting for this amount!

    So my niece arrives in Turkey and the hotel is closed. Rep at the airport doesn't help and three hotels later no one is expecting them. I try to call and the lines are closed. I go on the chat and speak to someone called 'Charity' who doesn't even let me finish trying to find out what is going on before cutting me off. No wonder the reviews on here are so bad. How can they fly you to your destination and then desert you! Awful customer service!

    Hi Tayef, just wondered if you have got anywhere with your refund from Love Holidays? My situation is almost exactly the same as yours. We were due to fly to Cuba in April. Paid an initial deposit of about £250 and then an instalment of over £1200 and two days later received an email saying our holiday will not be going ahead. For almost 6 months I have been told I can't get my refund back until the airline (Air Europa) refund them. I spoke to Advisor a few days ago who said the airline are no longer giving refunds and I can only get a credit note. I called the bank to see if they could help but because it's been over 120 days since the holiday was cancelled there is nothing they can do to help. I have also written a complaint to ABTA, that was over a month ago and I've had no response.
    I would be interested to see how you are getting or anyone else reading this post. If anyone can help or give advice it would be highly appreciated.
