The ski jacket and gloves I got from the shop in Exeter were brilliant! The folks, Leanne and Paul, were dead friendly and didn't push me to buy things I didn't want. They knew loads about the gear and were always keen to assist with a smile. The shop was a bit untidy, but I reckon that's because they have loads of great stuff for sale. All in all, shopping at Nevisport was a proper good time and I'll definitely be returning!

I bought a pair of winter hiking boots from an outdoor shop recently, and I was very impressed with the customer service I got.
