Grey velvet corner sofa
Very happy with my new sofa , customer service was excellent as was delivery .... the two guys had to haul the three sofas over our balcony ... and did so without complaint and good humour .... we are very happy and would definitely order from this company again . ????

Dining chairs
Ordered dining chairs before Xmas on a lead time of 6-8 weeks.. we are on 18 weeks so far without a single chair.. this company is ridiculous and are using Covid and ports for excuse.. don’t purchase anything from them unless you want to be disappointing
Epsom Dining Table
Bought a table and chairs through their checkout on their website like you do expecting my delivery on my selected day sometime. Confirmation email said they would want it signed for which is quite impossible for a single full time worker but all the other companies I order from understand this so I have a designated safe place for parcels and a sea of neighbours quite happy to sign for me. Delivery driver called me an hour before delivery and I told him where to leave it and how to get a signature, said he would call me back but didn't. Get a phone call later to say failed delivery and I called them the next day to rebook. Suddenly get an email from Oak Furniture Superstore that I would have to pay £54 to have it redelivered! That someone had to be in my address to sign for it and nothing else was acceptable, not exactly easy for a single keyworker during a pandemic! They only give you a 3 hour delivery slot after 8pm the day before which means it is impossible to do anything but book a whole day off. Spoke to customer services who would only rebook the delivery if I paid the £54 fee which they did agree to half, I then had to pay £25 for a time slot to avoid the same happening again. I wasn't happy about all the fees and problems with getting my order so left what I felt were honest reviews at the time. The company then got in touch to rectify the situation, offered me a refund for the delivery and tracked my order to make sure it arrived. When it did arrive there was a small piece broken so they checked if it was integral to the table or not and offered me a small refund. So while this has not been a smooth shopping experience, when the right people were aware of the issues they worked to rectify it. If their delivery policy and their fees (£80 for any returns for example) were addressed then I would probably shop from them again.

Henbury Chesterfield Leather Sofas
Received my Henbury Chesterfield sofas unboxed and was not happy they were supposed to be leather no where did it say PVC and leather they look and smell plastic the seat cushions do not meet each other the 3 seater looks like its been ex display and the cotton is hanging down from the studs the wood work stain is worn there is a slice on the 2 seater my main disappointment is the fact that the amount I have paid for a product described as leather not bonded leather or faux leather or pvc is actually pleather and is stated on the stickers underside of the settee I wouldn't recommend buying any sofas from this company they lie about their product and every email I try to send goes nowhere they wanted to give me £80 then this went up to £150 so I said £300 but they said no so I have asked for the sofa they advertised and their products are not checked by themselves only by the manufacturer and I have heard nothing else from them
