2 x pairs of shoes under £20
I love shopping at this online store regularly, and I must say, the range of second-hand clothes is absolutely amazing. I was really pleased with the clothes I ordered from this place, they actually turned out to be better than expected. They were exactly like they appeared and were described online. The delivery was super fast, which was a nice surprise. Just a heads up though, because they are second-hand, you might want to give them a wash before wearing. I was pretty impressed with the service at PreWorn at first. I bought a few things and they arrived quickly and were of pretty good quality. But then I tried their 2B Love Again bags and it was just really disappointing. I followed all the steps, sent back my clothes as instructed, and waited excitedly for my gift voucher. But weeks went by and I didn't hear a thing. My emails were ignored and I started to feel really frustrated and like they just didn't care. It was a let down and it definitely changed how I feel about the company as a whole.
