I tried their 2B Loved Again scheme a few weeks ago after a big clear‑out. Packed a large bag of decent clothes and booked collection. The pickup itself went fine — on time and no hassle — so I thought great, that part works. My first impression was positive. Then I waited for the voucher and heard nothing. I emailed, waited, emailed again, and got silence for nearly a fortnight. That felt a bit ignoring, to be honest. After I left a review they finally replied and sent the gift card, which was a relief. So service ended well but only after chasing. Delivery/collection was solid. Prices are fair. Customer service needs to be quicker with replies or at least send an update automatically. I’m mildly annoyed but still use them sometimes. Won’t rave about it, but I’d try again — just expect to follow up.
Evening unboxing disappointment, then a small win
one with holes in the sole and the other with no size label at all, so I couldn't list them. I emailed the company and, to my surprise, they replied within a couple of days and offered to cover the return postage and refund the faulty shoes. That's the moment I felt satisfied — relieved they'd sort it, not ecstatic, just relieved. Still, the whole thing points to patchy quality control and a product description that could be clearer. Had to chase a bit and the initial return charge left a sour taste, but the decent customer response did calm things down in the end.
Shorts with a surprise
I wouldn’t trust the “excellent” tag here. I’d bought a few things from the same eBay shop before and they’d been fine, so I ordered a pair of beige shorts that were described in detail as excellent. First impression when they arrived was annoyance — there’s a fairly big stain on the waistband. It’s one of those that you can almost miss in the photos if you squint, but it’s definitely there in real life. I told them I didn’t want a half-price keep-it offer — I can’t hand stained clothes to charity — and asked for a prepaid returns label. That didn’t happen. I emailed and said their service was shocking; they replied calling my attitude shocking and sent a link to their returns centre where you can’t get a prepaid label. Odd. The returns form also makes you pick a reason but doesn’t include “not as described” or a comment box, so the postage was taken off my refund. I’m waiting for the rest of the money back. Slightly annoyed, slightly disappointed, and I mean — having had good buys before, this was unnecessarily fiddly.

I’ve been buying from them for years, the parcels used to turn up quickly and without fuss. I ordered things at the end of February and thought all was fine, but the two most recent deliveries were a nightmare. One package had the wrong item and it was covered in dog hair from top to bottom — I was grossed out — and the other had a big hole in the sleeve despite being listed as “Very Good”. I tried messaging through a couple of different contact forms a week ago and heard nothing back, which was irritating. Then, on 3 April I finally got a reply from Ellie, who doesn’t work in customer service but in marketing; she took it on herself to sort both issues, tracked down a missing item and arranged a refund for the damaged one. Quick, polite and efficient — relief more than anything. Delivery was patchy but customer support redeemed it in the end.
Sizes all over the place — awkward and frustrating
trying. Most of the tops were huge on me, really swamped my frame; labels said size 6 but they hung like a 12 or 14. A couple did fit properly, two tops were fine, but the rest were just enormous, so they’re pretty much useless to me. Some fabrics felt light and drapey, but because the fit was wrong they didn’t sit well at all — sleeves flopped, hems hung at odd lengths, nothing that looked neat when worn. The trousers were the opposite: cut small, snug at the waist and not wearable. The jeans were another story. Listed as a wide leg and a size 4, they were straight leg, marked inside as size 6, and a bit stiff — not the relaxed wide leg I expected. There was also a pale mark on the front of one leg that looks like a bleach drip; I wouldn’t have bought them had I seen that.
Not brilliant, but usable in a pinch
it wasn’t as described, yet it still served a purpose. I needed a warm layer after a hectic week of moving, nothing fancy, just something to stop shivering while shifting boxes. The listing said “excellent” condition. The jacket turned up with holes and shredded pockets. You could almost see through one sleeve. They offered roughly half back as compensation. I took it because I needed the money back quickly and because I couldn’t be bothered with a long dispute. There was a trip to the post office to return it. That was annoying. Waiting a few days for the refund was annoying too. I noticed other buyers reporting the same sort of thing, so this wasn’t a one-off. It feels like they scaled up carelessly. On the positive side, the fleece is warm. It still works for muddy jobs, gardening or layering under a coat. It’s not what I paid for though, and that’s the problem. Service was functional but not impressive. Price felt reasonable after the partial refund, but only because I didn’t keep it as my main jacket. Delivery arrived on time, which helped. I’d use them again only for cheap, low-risk purchases, and only if I could tolerate a bit of hassle. Wouldn’t recommend for anything you actually value.
Misleading sizing descriptions
The sizes of the clothes I bought from here were totally wrong. Even though they were labelled with the sizes, they were way off. I even got some kids' clothes instead of the women's sizes I ordered, which was really annoying. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing and frustrating, to be honest. It's a pity because I did like the store's philosophy, but this will be the final time I shop here.
Excellent condition clothing
I've been coming back to this shop quite a bit, and I have to say, the service here is really great. The clothes I buy are always in amazing condition, some of them look like they've never even been worn. It's hard to find this kind of quality in thrift stores, so I really appreciate PreWorn for paying attention to the little things and for offering such top-quality products. I can't wait for my 4th order to arrive, I'm sure it will be just as good as the rest!

Cropped jeans and jumpers
I was really disappointed with the cropped jeans I ordered. They were way too short and didn't fit properly at all. Even though I'm only 5ft3", they felt more like a size 8 rather than a size 10. I couldn't even do them up! It felt like a waste of money.
On top of that, one of the jumpers I ordered seemed to have shrunk in the wash. It ended up being smaller than I expected, even though it was labelled as a size 10. The only good thing was that the other jumper I ordered fit nicely.Affordable branded clothing

I was really pleased with the clothes I ordered from this place, they actually turned out to be better than expected. They were exactly like they appeared and were described online. The delivery was super fast, which was a nice surprise. Just a heads up though, because they are second-hand, you might want to give them a wash before wearing.
