I've just bought some new clothes and accessories, and I've got to say, they're even better than I expected. The clothes are really stylish and well put together, and the handbag I got is a real eye-catcher. My husband was chuffed with the Gucci bag I got him too – it's beautifully made and top quality. All in all, I was really impressed with the range and quality of everything on offer.
Changing item colour, refund issue
I am really annoyed with this company for not communicating properly and providing poor customer service. I tried to cancel my order to change the colour of an item, but I have not been updated on the status of my refund. I contacted their chat bot but have been waiting in a long queue with over 100 people for hours with no solution in sight. How can I find out if my refund has been processed without clear information? The customer service is terrible, and I feel very frustrated and ignored.
