    Clothing purchase satisfaction

    I've always been really pleased with the stuff I bought from this online shop where I used to get all my clothes. The clothes were top quality and there were loads to choose from to suit all sorts of styles and tastes. The website was dead easy to use, and I never had any trouble finding what I wanted. Getting my stuff quickly was a big bonus too, as I always got my orders on time and in great shape. I'm really gutted that the site isn't around anymore and I hope they bring it back soon.

    I've been shopping with this store for about 4 years now and I've never been disappointed with anything I've bought. I've gotten clothes, gadgets, and stuff for the house, and all of it has been really good quality and just what I wanted. I've never had to send anything back because it's always been spot on. The website is dead easy to navigate and they've got loads of different things to choose from. Honestly, I'd definitely tell anyone looking for stuff that lasts to give them a go.

    I've had a bit of a mixed bag with my purchases from this shop. Some things have been great, but others have fallen apart soon after I started using them. When I needed a refund for a broken item, it was a total nightmare. I sent over all the evidence they asked for, like pictures of the damaged item, and they said they approved the refund at first. However, a month later, they told me it was cancelled - no reasons given. I missed the deadline to reapply because of their delay, which was really frustrating. Trying to get in touch with customer service to sort it out has been a real mission, as they just haven't been helpful or responsive at all.

    Late delivery of package

    I'm really disappointed with the delivery service from A tu hora express in Spain. My package has been in the delivery process for 10 days now and still hasn't shown up. It's just not on that it's been in Spain all this time and still not delivered. Another package I ordered arrived quickly via Correos, which was a surprise because I ordered those shoes after the ones that still haven't come.

One of the shoes had a sole colour that didn't match what I saw on the website, and a few t-shirts had incorrect colours or sleeves that didn't match.     Hacoo move disappointment

    I made a purchase at the new store in Hacoo recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The move hasn't gone well, as the service isn't as good as it used to be at the old store. The products also seem to be lower quality now, so I didn't enjoy my shopping experience.

    I really enjoy using this app because the delivery is so quick, even quicker than other international shopping sites. The only problem is the delivery company they use, evri/Hermes. My last three purchases didn't arrive because evri messed up. It's not SaraMart's fault, it's all on that awful company evri. The customer service team assured me they would resend one of my orders, but I'm still waiting on the other two.

    I recently had a bit of a disappointing time shopping online. I thought I'd try using the app my husband goes on to buy stuff, but when I tried to order things, I couldn't find any of the products he can see. It was a bit annoying and I couldn't figure out what was going on. I'm not sure if there's a verification step I didn't do or if there's a different way to sort it out. If I can't get it sorted, I might have to take my shopping to somewhere else like SHEIN.

    Lots of presents, over £170

    Oh my goodness, I ordered loads of stuff for presents, didn't I? Spent over £170! Some bits have arrived, but Evri lost the most important parcel 🙄. I contacted the company about it on 18th December and they said they'd sort it out, but it's now 4th January and I haven't heard anything! They even sent the wrong size football top and haven't fixed that yet. Customer service is absolutely rubbish!

    I bought a pair of Balenciaga Speed Runners online recently and I was really let down because they didn't have the Balenciaga logo on them as shown.     Changing item colour, refund issue

    I am really annoyed with this company for not communicating properly and providing poor customer service. I tried to cancel my order to change the colour of an item, but I have not been updated on the status of my refund. I contacted their chat bot but have been waiting in a long queue with over 100 people for hours with no solution in sight. How can I find out if my refund has been processed without clear information? The customer service is terrible, and I feel very frustrated and ignored.
