I've had a bit of a mixed bag with my purchases from this shop. Some things have been great, but others have fallen apart soon after I started using them. When I needed a refund for a broken item, it was a total nightmare. I sent over all the evidence they asked for, like pictures of the damaged item, and they said they approved the refund at first. However, a month later, they told me it was cancelled - no reasons given. I missed the deadline to reapply because of their delay, which was really frustrating. Trying to get in touch with customer service to sort it out has been a real mission, as they just haven't been helpful or responsive at all.
Late delivery of package
I'm really disappointed with the delivery service from A tu hora express in Spain. My package has been in the delivery process for 10 days now and still hasn't shown up. It's just not on that it's been in Spain all this time and still not delivered. Another package I ordered arrived quickly via Correos, which was a surprise because I ordered those shoes after the ones that still haven't come.
Clothing purchases
I bought some clothes that didn't quite fit me properly, which was a bit disappointing. But I have to admit, the customer service team was really quick and helpful in sorting it out. They gave me some money back for the things that didn't fit, and they're giving me a full refund for the one item I decided not to keep. We chatted on WhatsApp and it was all sorted out nicely, the staff were really nice and understood my problem. All in all, I'm grateful for them fixing things up.
Fast postage
I really enjoy using this app because the delivery is so quick, even quicker than other international shopping sites. The only problem is the delivery company they use, evri/Hermes. My last three purchases didn't arrive because evri messed up. It's not SaraMart's fault, it's all on that awful company evri. The customer service team assured me they would resend one of my orders, but I'm still waiting on the other two.
Two Parcels
I recently ordered two packages from this online shop. I'm a bit confused as to why one of them was sent out quickly, but the other is still pending after 6 days. This is my first time using this platform, so I'm not sure why there's a delay. I hope I made the right choice ordering from here. Also, I saw that the product I bought is now showing as unavailable on the website, which is making me question the status of my order.

Make sure you check out the reviews and pictures before buying anything. The products I got were top-notch, just like the real deal, but there were a few missing tags on the inside. Just be ready for a bit of a wait for delivery. Even so, I was happy with what I bought and I've already ordered more stuff.
Zapas and camisetas
Hello, I received my order yesterday and most of it was fine, but there were a couple of problems. One of the shoes had a sole colour that didn't match what I saw on the website, and a few t-shirts had incorrect colours or sleeves that didn't match. Is it possible to exchange or refund these faulty items? Thank you.
Hacoo move disappointment
I made a purchase at the new store in Hacoo recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The move hasn't gone well, as the service isn't as good as it used to be at the old store. The products also seem to be lower quality now, so I didn't enjoy my shopping experience.
My recent online shopping
I did a bit of online shopping the other day and oh my goodness, it was a total nightmare. I couldn't find any of the fancy designer things I'd seen before, and when I tried to use the search filters, it was impossible to find anything. And let me tell you, the items just kept saying they didn't exist. It was so irritating!
Online shopping experience disappointment
I recently had a bit of a disappointing time shopping online. I thought I'd try using the app my husband goes on to buy stuff, but when I tried to order things, I couldn't find any of the products he can see. It was a bit annoying and I couldn't figure out what was going on. I'm not sure if there's a verification step I didn't do or if there's a different way to sort it out. If I can't get it sorted, I might have to take my shopping to somewhere else like SHEIN.
Lots of presents, over £170
Oh my goodness, I ordered loads of stuff for presents, didn't I? Spent over £170! Some bits have arrived, but Evri lost the most important parcel 🙄. I contacted the company about it on 18th December and they said they'd sort it out, but it's now 4th January and I haven't heard anything! They even sent the wrong size football top and haven't fixed that yet. Customer service is absolutely rubbish!
Balenciaga Speed Runners
I bought a pair of Balenciaga Speed Runners online recently and I was really let down because they didn't have the Balenciaga logo on them as shown. I got them mainly for the branding so it was a real disappointment. The shoes were okay in terms of quality, but not having the logo definitely made me less happy with my purchase.

I have to say, everything from placing my order to receiving it went really smoothly. It was all very quick and simple, and my items arrived earlier than expected. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer again, and I'll be telling other people about my great experience with this company!
Pending orders
I've ordered from this company twice now and I must say, so far so good. The stuff I've got has been top quality, but I am still waiting on two more orders to be sent out. Fingers crossed they get that sorted sharpish. I'll be keeping tabs on it and will let you know how it goes.
