Recent order issue
I used to be a loyal customer of this brand, but I've been really let down recently. I placed an order a while ago and still haven't got my item. I've tried contacting their customer service team several times through email and phone, but haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating how they've dealt with this, especially since they already have my money. Despite how much I used to like their products, I'm seriously thinking about not using them again in the future.

I've just bought a foundation palette and mascara from Studio 10 and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The foundation gives a lovely natural coverage and I only need to use a small amount to get the look I'm after. The mascara makes my lashes look really long and my eyes stand out. The products arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with what I got. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Recently, I bought some eyeshadow from this company and I'm afraid to say that I had a bit of a nightmare with their customer service. I needed to return the product within the 30-day money-back guarantee period but oh boy, did I encounter a lot of problems. I tried sending them emails a few times but didn't hear anything back - not a peep. I had to keep on at them to get my refund and it was such a pain to deal with. Eventually, I did receive an apology email but honestly, the whole experience was just too much for me. I've decided I won't be ordering from them again, no thank you.
