I use the Youth Lift every morning. Easy to blend. Skin looks healthy without fuss and the colour lasts through meetings and school runs. The liquid blush is subtle. Happy with how it holds up.

The foundation is creamy, blends away into something that actually looks like skin and covers the bits you want without caking. Delivery was quick, well boxed and tracked, so no faff, and customer service answered my email same day — very helpful and patient. Would recommend, I’ll try more bits; maybe watch sales for better prices.

I phoned Monday, phoned Tuesday, phoned Wednesday and all I got each time was a polite receptionist saying no one’s available and she’ll pass it on — she says that every time, and no one ever rang me back. I mean, I’m used to waits, but this was just nothing. Delivery itself turned up on time but poorly handled; that’s on the courier as much as them, but the lack of follow-up is Studio 10’s fault. One product — the foundation — is fine, that’s fair, but the rest felt underwhelming and a bit gimmicky. For nearly a hundred quid I expected better aftercare. I’m annoyed and disappointed rather than furious, but it’s clear they don’t prioritise customers once the sale’s done. If you need a quick replacement or any real help, don’t count on it.
