If I don't hear back from them by the end of the week, I'll have to think about disputing the payment with my bank.

Recent pricey purchase missing item
I really liked their stuff and spent a bunch of cash, but I've been let down big time by their customer service. They've ghosted my emails, messed up my order, and keep bombarding me with spam. I'm at the point where I'm responding to every single email, demanding they get in touch. I'll only update my review if they sort this out and send me my missing item. If not, I'll take this up a notch.

Overall, I was let down by both the products and the service.
Incorrect delivery address entered
I put in the wrong address for my delivery by mistake, but I tried to correct it only 5 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately, I found out that the order had already been processed and couldn't be changed. Even when I asked to cancel the order, they said it couldn't be done. The customer service person had a really rude and unhelpful attitude the whole time.

I've just tried out the new Hydra Fusion from Studio 10 and honestly, I am so impressed! It's basically replaced my foundation. My skin is glowing, plump, and feels super hydrated and protected throughout the day. I'm amazed by how much it has improved my complexion. I've been struggling to get hold of this cream blush I ordered in June! They kept changing the delivery date, and now it's the end of August with still no sign of it. I've reached out to customer service twice, but they haven't replied. They've even asked for a review when I haven't received the product. Now it's out of stock once more, and I'm left with nothing.
