Saturday morning I realised I needed a top-up and went for the third round with this brand — eyebrow pencil, Mocha eyeliner and the Perfect Canvas SPF 30 foundation. The pencil is a really natural neutral, the eyeliner is the right brown (Mocha) and neither of them drag or tug, which is a relief. The foundation is creamy, blends away into something that actually looks like skin and covers the bits you want without caking. Delivery was quick, well boxed and tracked, so no faff, and customer service answered my email same day — very helpful and patient. Would recommend, I’ll try more bits; maybe watch sales for better prices.
Nearly didn't buy it
colours online often lie, textures can be gloopy, and other brands made returns a nightmare. But the swatches felt true, the products went on smoothly and didn't sit heavy. A pleasant surprise for older skin
they cover without feeling heavy, blend easily and give a soft, natural glow, especially when I used the Glow-Plexion base. The bronzer and blusher lift my fair complexion without looking obvious, which really surprised me. Lipsticks are rich, comfy and really comfortable too. Customer service helped me pick shades, though I did unsubscribe from emails — they were a bit much. Overall very pleased, will repurchase.
Broken product, broken service
I unpacked the order in the kitchen, hurried because I needed the bits for a wedding I was attending — stupidly important to me because my skin flares easily and I rely on decent makeup to cover it. The refining powder was smashed inside the box, actual crumbs everywhere, so I messaged them straight away asking for a replacement. Nothing. I phoned Monday, phoned Tuesday, phoned Wednesday and all I got each time was a polite receptionist saying no one’s available and she’ll pass it on — she says that every time, and no one ever rang me back. I mean, I’m used to waits, but this was just nothing. Delivery itself turned up on time but poorly handled; that’s on the courier as much as them, but the lack of follow-up is Studio 10’s fault. One product — the foundation — is fine, that’s fair, but the rest felt underwhelming and a bit gimmicky. For nearly a hundred quid I expected better aftercare. I’m annoyed and disappointed rather than furious, but it’s clear they don’t prioritise customers once the sale’s done. If you need a quick replacement or any real help, don’t count on it.
Looks bigger than it is
feels wasteful and a bit misleading for the price. I appreciate that it lasted as long as it claims, so I'm glad it wasn't a total rip-off, but I can't ignore the environmental side or the sense that you're paying for presentation. Lipliner brings shape back in a really believable way and the gloss sits on top, moisturising and not too sticky. Application is quick, it lasts through coffee and errands, and overall it made me feel like me again — a bit chuffed and relieved. Definitely replacing a lot of old bits with this.
Bought foundation and bronzer
I bought some foundation and bronzer from this place, but they sent me the wrong shades. I tried emailing to get it exchanged, but never heard back. They say they have a money back guarantee, but good luck getting a response from them. I won't ever be buying from them again.
