Wrong size delivered
I am absolutely shocked by the service I got from this company! I ordered a medium t-shirt for men but got a women's medium instead. So, I got in touch with them straight away to let them know about the mix-up, but they didn't seem to care at all. I even double-checked the size chart myself to be sure they messed up, but they wouldn't admit their mistake. I feel so let down by their poor customer service and the fact that they won't fix their error. It's put me off ordering from them again, as I can't trust that I'll get what I actually want.
