    Multi gym missing stabilizers

    I recently bought a multi gym from this company, and it's been a complete nightmare. When the gym arrived, I found out that there were 7 stabilizers missing, which meant that I couldn't put it together without risking damage to my floor. I tried emailing them and reaching out multiple times, but all I got in return was two failed deliveries and a new base unit that also had missing parts. The way they've handled the situation is just not on. If you want to avoid the stress of dealing with missing bits, I suggest looking for fitness equipment elsewhere. I'm now left with no other option but to ask for a full refund.

    I'm really disappointed with the tyre replacement service I received from you recently. I made a complaint and a claim over a week ago and I've followed up multiple times since then, only to be ignored and told to keep waiting. It's been very inconvenient for me as I've had to go to the garage three times and spent over an hour and a half on the phone, all for a slow puncture problem. The lack of communication and efficiency in dealing with my claim has been really frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult to sort out a simple issue like a tyre replacement.

    I love this club, every month they have a wide selection of different t-shirts and there is always at least one I really want. Very cheap, packaging is always secure, always arrives on time. I cannot compliment this club enough. No complaints at all. I really liked how easy they made it to pause or cancel your subscription as well you have financial issues.     I am a big fan of fashion and fiction. Mostly i like to read books and magazines, but its kind of difficult to find related magazines that easily. But Magazines direct helped me a lot. They got lots of options in the category which is really interesting to read.

    I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY COPY OF TV TIMES 2ND MAY TO 9TH MAYTHIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTERMER FOR MANY A YEAR.

    On 2 separate occasions( April 2020 and today 5/8/2020 I have completed the online application form to receive Womans Weekly. Used info from WW magazine I purchased. No email received to say it was accepted. Contacted Customer service and they cannot find my detail. Hopeless.

    DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, I ordered regular deliveries of the TV Times to my mother in a nursing home, they have been regular and then stopped twice, with no explanation, their help line says they are having a new system put in and cant' check for a week, they will refer you to magazines.com where oddly the subscription number cannot be found. You may as well throw your money down the drain.

On 17 July I received an email from them thanking me for subscribing to Woman & Home magazine. I emailed them to say that this was incorrect and that I'd renewed the TV Times subscription. I emailed a copy of the TV Times renewal letter. I was asked to phone them and they said I needed to provide proof of payment which I got from my bank and sent them. Despite them having copies of their renewal letter and my proof of payment and despite innumerable weekly emails they seem incapable of resolving the issue. I have emailed them today to say that if I do not get resolution of the issue within the next week I want my money back.

    I’m guessing you’ve been getting my woman and home magazine ???? they’ve taken payment every month for over two years now without supplying the magazine. After too many emails to count they agreed to their mistake and promised to refund my money. Despite numerous chase ups from me, I’m still waiting for my refund over over £110 . Good luck ????

    I love taking pictures with my smartphone, but I really wanted to excel my knowledge in smartphone photography. I have attended 2 classes so far, but they are immensely informative. During the first 2 classes I attended I understood smartphone camera hardware specifications and different terminologies related to smartphone camera. I look forward to complete my course, and in future would love to enroll for a new course.

    During this lockdown period, one needs to be busy in order to maintain sanity. What better way then, to stay busy by indulging in learning something new. That's what I did. And since Shawacademy has magnanimously offered a free course in photography, I jumped at it. I have attended one class so far and am keen on completing the course. There's lots to learn, and practice. My husband has a Sony DSLR (though he is an amateur photographer), I intend to use it too.

    I'm taking up Sports Nutrition class. The class is very informative. Lessons are explained well and in a concise manner. Plus, visuals are great and really help you to understand the topic given the short amount of time. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Looking forward to more lessons in the future!

    Web Designer Course - Novice!
    This is the first time I have used Shaw Academy introduced by a free 4 week trial and then will decide if I wish to continue with the learning. At the moment just completed 2 lessons and was very surprised and impressed by the way the class was run. It certainly felt I was genuinely in the class room and Kate (the tutor) was very good. Kate conducted the class in very calm and professional manner and is extremely passionate about learning with a likeable personality! She is very encouraging and for someone like myself who is complete novice to Web Design this does help and motivate you to continue with the lessons. Her motto is:- 'Do not give up!'

    I just finished my third class in personal beauty. I have attended modeling school and have written for cosmetic/beauty websites for years, but I am a bit surprised at just how much information has been crammed into three classes! The extra materials made available are enormously helpful. I am happier than I thought I would be and greatly look forward to the rest of my classes!

    Actually is a very good platform. I just have one problem with it, and it's that just to give you a reminder that you have class it fires you a bunch of notifications from the app, to the email, through SMS, and the last time I even received a phone call to remind me that I had a class which I was already in, but in the perspective of the content of the class and the platform it's really great.

    Diversity of knowledge. Instructors are really genuine and kind. Good price for value of education. Truly a platform to invest in yourself for now and for the future.

    I was curious about how 4 weeks classes would make a different in my career so I gave it a try. After the first class I was impressed how organise and efficient it was from content delivery, solving questions instantly using the side bar Morpheus to digital reminder. It takes no hassle to learn something I really wanted to. Definitely a great platform to upgrade yourself.

    So far my experience with Shaw Academy has been very educational and fun. Interestingly enough, the discussion and the way the information is given does keep you engaged throughout the entire session. So far I am very pleased and can’t wait to see what happens next.

    Really enjoying the courses, Leadership &Management, Cryptocurrency and Project Management so far in progress. All the lesson recordings and materials are really helpful.
    What is less enjoyable is the sheer number of emails that Shaw send - its overkill!
    Email reminders ahead of the lessons are really helpful, however the commercial plug emails are really too much as are the pop ups on the portal. Less is more please!
    Other than that, really enjoying learning again, its been a while since I took lecture notes etc!

    I have been taking the project management course as a refresher course for myself as I am entering a job market in a new place. I was initially a bit skeptical about this course because it is not focused on my subject matter, but honestly I realized that the way it is taught is based on concepts and key words in a way which can be easily be applied in one's own field. Further, I missed a class today and I got a call, email and sms reminder to reschedule!     So far the course I am taking is going very well, the only issue I have had is that the video is not running well in Safari, apart of that everything is going well.

    Classes are OK but I found them sometimes a bit boring, I get distracted very easily and sometimes I fell the course I'm taking doesn't really catch me. Also the gigantic amount of emails and messages you get becomes somewhat annoying.

    It was a good introductory course for online marketing. It was a good way to acquaint myself with some basic marketing terms. However, it is a lot of material to be introduced to right off the bat. Also, I would have appreciated some advice for people on a very low (or non-existent) marketing budget.

    I placed an order on the redfootshoes website. Now to look forward to my one pair of shoes. 4 days go by and no shoes. I send an email and inquire where they are. The reply came to explain I had inputted the wrong address details. I bought them using the Pay Pal platform so I did not understand this excuse as every other company I had bought from using the same payment method had resulted in my items be delivered. Once I had mentioned this I had another reply that the person did not know this and thought I had written the wrong details.7 more days passed by and still no shoes. I emailed again, this time the reply mentioned a 40% refund due to the on going issue. I was then told next day delivery. Well 2 more days past by and I again emailed to find out the reply was that the shoes had been damaged in transit to my home. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. I thought at least I would receive my shoes before I go away on my up coming holiday. NO that was not the case. Rather than sort the issue out red foot shoes decided to refund the rest of the money and wash there hands completely. I sent another email and explained as this issue was not of my making surly you would compensate me by sending the shoes as a way of saying SORRY for all this. The reply has still not come. It seems that if they go silent then I will go away quietly and forget this ever happened. Actually I believe that both good service and BAD service should be shared around so every body knows what they could be in for should the same issues happen if they buy a pair of shoes. In my opinion, supplying a pair of shoes because if you think of it. Offering a 40% refund when I had waited many days was a given but when another issue happens i just get nothing. I run and own 3 businesses and if this ever happened to any of my customers I would do the right thing and give the customer the refund and send the shoes. I guess we are not all the same.
