Tonie box and Tonie light sheep
We've had our Tonie box for over 3 years now and it's been a brilliant addition to our daily routine. We bought it when our eldest was only 10 months old and she could use it all by herself. We've even got two boxes now and a bunch of our favourite characters that we listen to every day. It's become a key part of our bedtime routine, especially with the lovely music from the Tonie light sheep. We really can't get enough of it, we think it's great.
Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday gift, and I'm really disappointed with the whole thing. I waited 8 days, and the tracking didn't move at all. I got in touch with customer service, and they said there's an issue with my address, even though it's correct. No one even tried to contact me for more information. I wanted to change the delivery address to my mum's house as I'll be away for 2 weeks, but they said they can't do it. I'll have to wait for the order to come back before I can get a refund, which could take up to 4 WEEKS. It's really bad service and I won't be buying from them again.
Storybox purchase
I bought a Storybox for my daughter, who is 5 years old, and she really enjoys it. She uses it every day, especially at bedtime to listen to her favourite stories. Initially, I wasn't sure if she would still want to read traditional books with the option to listen, but it has actually improved her reading experience and made the stories more exciting for her. I'm very impressed with the quality and variety of stories on the device. Overall, I can't recommend it enough!
Kids' audio player
My children absolutely love their audio player from this company. They use it literally every day, especially at bedtime. It's now a crucial part of our evening routine. Whenever I've reached out to the company for assistance, they've been incredibly prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!
