    Heater for conservatory and boot room

    I've just bought a heater for my conservatory and another for my boot room. The heaters give off a really good amount of heat and I particularly like that they can be controlled by Alexa through a thermostat. Setting them up was a piece of cake using the app, and I think the glass panel and control panel look really sleek. I'd absolutely suggest this product to anyone else.

It's quite expensive at £199 for three months, plus they sneakily renew it at £99 a month if you don't cancel. However, if you put in the effort, you can still make connections with people. The site does feel a bit out of date and focused on making money.

    I found comparing tyres on the website really easy and simple to do. I had a good look through all the different options and could easily see the prices and specifications to help me choose. However, I was a bit annoyed when the tyres I picked didn't arrive at the fitter on time, which meant I couldn't get them fitted when I wanted. It would have been better if the delivery service and the fitter had communicated better and coordinated things properly to avoid this inconvenience.

    I recently bought a dining table and chairs from The Furn Shop. I ran into a problem with my order and had a hard time getting in touch with the customer service team. The opening hours on the website were different from the actual hours, which was pretty frustrating. But then, after leaving a review about my issues, I got a call from Roy. He took care of everything over the phone and was really helpful. He even offered me a discount for the trouble, but I ended up asking for a refund because I had already sorted things out elsewhere due to time constraints. The whole thing was sorted out in just 3 working days, and I was grateful for Roy's professionalism and his efforts to find a good solution.

    I sent my order to their warehouse and they said they never received it. Even though Royal Mail had confirmed they had delivered it. They are nothing short of professional thieves who are disingenuous and cannot be trusted. For weeks I tried and tried to resolve this with customer service but they were condescending and dismissive. They had insinuated that I made a mistake and that they cannot find the package even though the items were clearly marked. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SELLING. They are not to be trusted. Do not make the mistake I made and be left out of pocket. Go to a competitor

    Avoid booking any holidays with Easyjet. The customer service is appalling. We booked a holiday. They cancelled our original with 24hours notice before departure and placed us apparently in a like for like!. Hmm we booked an adults only.     There are a lot of houses to choose from, so that's good. The reservation process is also very easy and accommodating.

    The house itself was bigger than expected, but not as clean... A little dusty but not too bad though.

    I would not recommend Belvilla to my worst enemy. Having booked a house in France last November for 22nd August 2020 and paid fully in July I subsequently had to cancel due to the FCO advice about having to self isolate on our return. I explained to Belvilla by email on several occasions that if we had gone our insurance would have been invalidated and 2 of our family could not self-isolate because of jobs. I was eventually told that the FCO's advise was just that and as it was only advise we could still have gone to France and therefore we will not get any refund or voucher. I waited weeks for a reply to the many emails I sent . Also the lady who owns the house in France tells me she will not be renting it through Belvilla again because of the appalling service she has had from them. I will be writing to BBC Watchdog about this dreadful company. Please don't book through this company.

    We booked through Airbnb and had to chance due to Covid travel restrictions and they would not refund our deposit of £890... they have basically robbed us!!
    Never use this company!!!

    Would not recommend. We want to change our holiday dates as we are currently not allowed to travel to belgium (corona rules). Unable to find phone number for Belvilla. They are not flexibe or understanding.

    Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them.
    I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance.
    I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part.
    It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask.

    Ordered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Hope they see this.

    Ordered a wing mirror for my car on the 27/01/2021
    The only update I got was on the 30/01/2021 from GLS delivery saying it was still in transit and after speaking to autodoc 4 days in a row I get the same response that they send a email to GLS and find the solution and after finding out GLS should reply in 1-2 days so noone is giving me any update whatsoever I find this all disgusting as despite the new Brexit rules etc I am still in limbo and out of pocket and autodoc are still saying they are going to make me wait on a refund to hear from GLS about my order being lost this is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional I will not be using them again and they have no interest in updating me regarding my part nor the refund

    Was going to order some new Brembo brakes for my F31 Bimmer 330d from AUTODOC until I read the reviews. I will be using Euro Car Parts instead.

    I love the learnings I get from this course. It's not bad to have a 45-minute to an hour session as you are likely to become more attentive in the class because of not so long and not so brief session. I also love the slides being shown in the class and the fact that you can avail this course in 4 weeks of free trial. Maybe what I just dont like is the moment that they have asked my card details just before I started this course. I don't think it's necessary to ask that initially where in fact there is a 4-week free trial we can use. Maybe that should've asked after that 4-week of free trial, just a suggestion so you know.

    Digital Marketing - 1 month trial

    So, the Digital Marketing course is great and really helpful. I'm an Online English Teacher so I decided to take the course because I do my own online marketing. It has been helpful.
    The pros:
    The course content is kept broad so it can apply to a range of contexts, from small businesses, to large businesses, from wanting a career in marketing, or to just wanting to get to know some tips to help your existing business (like me).
    The lessons are easy to follow and I like the way you schedule your classes because it keeps you committed to attending them, which I think helps with motivation and planning your week. You can re-watch the lesson videos for note taking which is useful.
    The cons:
    When you're attending the class webinar, you cannot pause it. This isn't the end of the world of course but I did miss a couple of minutes when I had to answer the door for the postman. It would also be quite annoying if you needed to go to the bathroom. That being said, you can always re-watch the lesson videos after the initial lesson webinar.
    Also, there are extra costs for what they call the course toolkit. I haven't purchased it as it's out of my budget but I imagine it contains helpful materials. I can't critique the toolkit itself, but it's a little annoying that it costs a fair bit extra. You also have to pay to receive the course certificate. Personally, this doesn't bother me because I'm more interesting in applying the knowledge than proving to anyone that I have it. This could be a downside for some, however.
    Am I happy with my free trial? Absolutely. Give it a go if you;re interested as you can always cancel. One last thing, Shaw Academy contacts you A LOT. But I imagine this can be updated in the settings. And at least you don't forget your lessons...

    Jane, if they have your bank details cancel the card now. They will payments they have no right to, even after you've cancelled. And don't expect cancelling to stop the messages, they continue to harrass. There are no settings to change it. They are not operating legitimately
