I returned 2 coats and have mot received a refund. I sent 3 emails and have not received a response
They have effectively stole my money. I would never buy from them again, and will be reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading.dressing Gown €50
Not even worth the one star but had to place to write this.
Totally disgusted with this site. Bad enough we have Covid but when you use your hard earned money to send someone a gift to cheer them up during this awful time & nearly 2 months later no sign of it ! Contacted the site through their useless, non responsive email link and surprise.. no response. How dare they declare donations and support of women while at the same time they are fleecing them. Turns my stomach with disgust. Reading all of the other reviews should shame these people but ... water & ducks back spring to mind !Bridesmaid dresses...
Thanks to the team at Ultamodan. We found our perfect Bridesmaid dresses here. The Customer Care Team express posted a dress for one of the girls to try and for us to examine the quality and colour. We were very happy with both the quality of the dress and time required to ship. I could then go ahead and order the remaining 4 dresses. The ladies look perfect and we are excited to be married early next year.
Order a dress from this site being over two months still haven't received it ive advice friends and family not to buy anything off this site onetc big scam will be reporting to trading standard

Where is this company based? They say London can't be though...
They are based in China. The London office is just a rented office address or PO box there is no one actually in it. I know cos I checked. Scam, Scan, Scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely awful service wish I’d done my research !!! Over a month and still no item or refund
I'm waiting for my parcel that I ordered on 23rd of April this yr ...they keep saying its getting processed
This is disgusting, I had been scammed too I feel so hurt as they advertise themselves like a support for women suffering domestic violence someone needs to stop them I will not give up till they are stopped if anyone has ideas please let me know
I too believe I have just been scammed. Fortunately I am a lawyer and will now be pursuing this entity mercilessly. For anyone that has not yet received their goods - best place to start is to lodge your complaint with Trading Standards - unfortunately i'm not able to post the link here but just google trading standards UK and the link will come up.
They will investigate the entity on our behalf and take the necessary action on our behalf. You can also find director details by googling company UK and entering their company number 11458348ABSOLUTE SCAM DONT ORDER, paid 50 pounds t these scam artists to get absolute nothing apart from the same emails saying they will push me further in line to get my Order as “top priority” something needs to be done about these people they literally are breaking the law and no ones doing anything !
This is a scam website. I ordered a coat months ago and nothing has been delivered . I have contacted them multiple times with an automated response, no reply. I am grateful for the advice for the women telling me to contact my bank for a refund. I will do this now.
I ordered and paid for a jacket and shipping on the 15TH of June 21, not received , many enquiries met with automated response, no action.Hopefully someone can stop this scam.
i ordered a jacket from them in September 2nd still not received anything they keep telling me they are trying to solve this it is just taking more time it is now november 8th how long does it take

Denim jacket
Ordered over a month ago, still haven't received, now not responding to my emails, was a bit apprehensive about ordering but my daughter really wanted the jacket for her birthday, should've listened to myself, now out of pocket £50!! Think carefully when ordering from these type of sites
Activewear crop top
I have a few of the activewear crop top and legging sets. Perfect for all type of workouts and very comfortable. great variety of coulours and styles. Wash well

Absolutely one of my favorite shirts they're so cute and fit well i'm so tempted to buy it in all the different colours they have available
Grey bubble coat
Coat was not true to size Even though it says nice it was way off their sizing.
Took ages to arrive.ordered early December 2020.Did not zrrive until middle of January.Tracking system did not give me any details.just that it was in transit.
Many emails were sent and an automated one pinged back.saying they would be back to you with answers.
Returned the coat the next day via post as requested.
To date I have not recieved a refund and they have now started ignoring my emails znd I can't get through via phone.we sre going into March 2021 and still nothing from them.
It's a Joke that these businesses who claim to be empowering women can't refund the women that but from them.
I will be looking to take this further now.Thry should not be allowed to do this to innocent legit buyers.shame on them.As described, easy...
Items as described, easy ordering and payment process with google pay or other prefered options. I haven't had to do a return but appreciate that I have 90 days to request a refund should I require. Happy Customer
