Davis Wireless Vantage Pro2 Weather Station & Meteobridge NANO
From the initial advice to the purchase and delivery of my weather station the service was outstanding.
Initially I contacted Weather Spares by Facebook messenger and they replied back within a few minutes confirming stock of the Davis station. I had another few questions about where the station could be sited and also the Meteobridge NANO to upload my weather information online.
Ordering on their web shop was really quick and easy and I opted for their tracked delivery service. I can't believe that I ordered at 2pm on a Thursday and my order was delivered by DPD on Friday before 10am. I don't think I've ever had such a quick and professional service.Replacement Tipping Bucket assembly for Davis Vantage Pro 2
I am no great solderer and was dreading the task of replacing the reed switch in my Vantage Pro 2. Instead I bought a complete replacement for the Tipping Bucket. Adrian offered some really helpful advice on getting the old one out and my replacement arrived within a couple of days of ordering it. It hasn't rained since I installed it but the device has recorded 2mm of rain which would have been registered after I cut the security strap on the bucket, so I have good reason to believe that it is likely to work when the rain arrives next week!
First Class Service and Support!Oops I Would certainly buy here again !!!!!. I seem to have clicked the wrong side of the toggle. Is there any way for the Administrator of the site to correct my mistake?
Exceptional Service
I bought a Ventus W830 from Weather Spares last year. Unfortunately I have had a few problems with the equipment. I must highly commend Adrian for his help in solving the problems. His response time to my emails has been amazing and he always has a positive view on the issues I have had. As a result problems have been speedily rectified. The service really is second to none.
Oregon Scientific BAR208HGX
I was looking to replace my ageing Oregon temperature station with something newer. I spotted that Weather Spares had the latest BAR208HGX weather station of offer with an extra sensor and ordered it Monday afternoon. I cannot believe that it turned up Tuesday morning and I didn't even pay for express delivery. Truly exceptional service.
