I'm really impressed with the customer service I got from WildBounds. I ordered a sleeping bag and it was sent out promptly the next working day. When I had a question about the sleeping bag, I got in touch and got a personal response with accurate information straight away.
Outdoor gear purchase
I bought some outdoor gear from this company not long ago and I have to say I wasn't impressed. The items themselves were fine in terms of quality, but I ran into a problem when I received a faulty product. I got in touch with their customer service team but the response I got was far from satisfactory. It took them ages to get back to me, and when they finally did, they just told me the item was out of stock. No apologies, no solutions, nothing. It was really frustrating, to say the least.
New leggings
I ordered a new pair of leggings from this company, but was horrified when they arrived covered in body hair. It really made me doubt the company's cleanliness and professionalism. However, I have to say, when I contacted customer service about the issue, they were quick to respond and refunded me without any issues. The customer service response was the only good thing about the whole situation.
